  1. PC gone mad
  2. Pretty much all of the above, but top of the pile is probably the lack of interest in voting for a mayor, very few seem to give a fuck about that.
  3. Trump inferred that was part of the plan originally didn't he?
  4. Italy have already suspended/closed their Schengen border with Spain. France also expected to do the same very soon
  5. Indeed, now we control our borders, we'll be safe
  6. I honestly don't know a single person who has ever been there and decided to go back, that's how shit and filthy it is
  7. There will be some huge building/infrastructure contracts in the offing though.......
  8. New Hampshire is still 13/14 as long as there is parental consent, which is a bit ropey
  9. If that's true, then no way it's happening
  10. Has he sent everybody their $2000 cheques yet, I'm sure he said he would do that, based on the amount he was bringing into the US as a result of the tariffs
  11. Fair play if that happens, and it holds
  12. Sweep replied to Ratwhite's topic in Terrace Talk
I'd very much like us to sign him, but he's OK, nothing more than that really - as mentioned above, he does seem to be being built up to be the man who will save us
  13. I'd rather stay in Ceuta
  14. On holiday in Spain one year, me and my mate took a pedalo out and went to Africa
  15. Yep I normally find something I like in most places I visit - there is only Morocco and Tunisia that I've visited and absolutely hated. Morocco, it pissed it down for the entire week as well, just to make it worse
  16. That's the weird thing, as everybody seems to know this, at some point, maybe not this year, but early next year, he'll have to do it all again.
  17. This is why it's highly unlikely boots on the ground will happen - probably the way it finishes, is when there is a change in US President, which means it'll still carry on as it is doing now, in a tit for tat fashion for a few more years yet. It's a good job that Irans military has been completely decimated (at least 10 times) otherwise there could be all sorts of problems......
  18. They do, I went once, it was fucking grim. I then clearly didn't learn my lesson, and went to Tunisia a few years later, and that was even grimmer. Most of the hotel went down with food poisoning (cryptosporidium) - I didn't start getting ill until I got on the plane home, and spent most of the flight in the bog, shitting out my intestines. By the way, when back in the UK, the Doctor told me that cryptosporidium is basically caused by the ingestion of fecal matter. I was rough as fuck for about a month It's put me right off North Africa, which is a shame as I always fancied Egypt, but no chance now
  19. Farage will of course win, but it'll be interesting to see him stood next to that collection of odd-balls and attention seekers, and give his speech about how the people of Clacton have chosen him over the establishment
  20. Talking of Reform, I heard on the radio that there is something like 34 different candidates for the upcoming by-election in Clacton......34, that's bonkers
  21. He'll get away with saying any old shit, whilst Parliament is in recess - let's see how he copes when he has to stand up and face the opposition. So far, so good it seems, but this is still very much the honeymoon period for him. He's projecting this "man of the people" image at the minute, that will slip eventually, possibly when he comes under real scrutiny, and he has to actually try and push something through, rather than just "considering" doing something
  22. It's like FIFA are trying their best to fuck things up - splitting the game into quarters to increase revenue during the last WC was just the start, no way they're stopping doing that now. A half hour, half time show, that'll be here to stay as well. Increasing to 64 teams, the possibility of a WC "Shield" for those who go out in the group stages at the next WC, all purely to rinse every single cent they can out of the game. Whilst UEFA suggest they'll boycott, they'll soon be endorsing it, once they are given the greenlight to stuff their noses further into the trough
  23. nope, there are plenty of of young thick racists around as well, as I said, they're not all old Coming down the road, grist to the mill, Up the Ra......and whatever else you lot say 🙂
  24. I never, for one minute, said you were all old/owd
  25. Splendid....
