Sounds like everyone has had the same problem. My dad tried sorting ours as I'm working. Wanted 9 tickets with 5 client refs but only managed to get 5 as he couldn't assign the 2nd ticket to anybody, not even people who are members. I'm assuming it's been already mentioned but did anyone else have this issue and did they resolve it ?

Mine was fine I wanted six with three ST so I logged in as me ordered 6 then in the basket it assigned two to me then you needed to assign the rest to a CRN in your network worked for me

Tbf there was a fairly lengthy queue of people getting those issues sorted yesterday. Assume phones and emails were the same. Today is feet up and stick the kettle on.

These tickets shouldn't have been launched today with that in mind. Tomorrow would have been fine.

To be honest everyone will get a ticket who wants to go so it’s not that much an issue. They should have a system to answer phones though

Absolutely no issues

well done bwfc

I think people who have bought regularly in the past and assigned tickets to one another would be fine.

Ticketmaster, however, have also kindly provided a designated line for phone sales if a supporter does not have access to the internet. Supporters can call 0844 453 9940 between the hours of 9.00am until 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays to purchase tickets. Calls cost 60p per minute plus your standard network charge if you call from a mobile.

Phone that number, doubt you'll have any issue getting tickets

ive bought regular but this client ref wouldnt work, despite me having the fucking ticket in my phone :)

I had an query yesterday, rang, 7th in queue, about 10 minutes wait, very helpful lady on phone, understood my query and sorted it. Very professionally dealt with when no doubt they were having a mega busy day.

But, but, Everton, but fucking hell…

Beaming like a Cheshire Cat waiting to tell my lad he's going to Wembley. He already knows of course, but if he's anything like me there'll be a tiny doubt in his mind telling him it's not actually happening. Weird what simple daft things do to your head.

I missed a call from the ticket office at 12:10 I rang them back and was on hold for 48 minutes, once I got through they said you need to hang up and wait for them to call you back, they did ring within 10 minutes and  tickets sorted straight away

Booked on the club coaches and it says 04:30 on the tickets, surely they can't be setting off so early
