Now that Pablo has gone off in a strop, I can inform the class that he was referring to Fratelli’s, who make excellent pizzas but from a van with a woodfired oven so they are often at events or unavailable. I have had their pizzas and they are as good as the other place. Their menu has 8 pizzas on it and no carbonara. With chicken or without. Im unsure of their provenance on a personal level.
