Blackpool (A) Pizza

Win this and I'm confident in that we'll be retaining this with Wigan gone tonight

Extremely pleased the possibility of Wigan at Wembley is gone.

So are the Met police

As just said in the Luton thread, with Wigan out the rest of the potential fixtures don't really do it for me

Bradford maybe

Peterborough could be a good game

Certainly not Brighton, Wycombe, Doncaster or Crawley

Won't be too arsed if we don't progress

The way its shaking out with the exception of Bradford is a more "traditional" EFL Trophy final attendance than what we saw last season.

Say we got to final and played Crawley, what sort of attendance would that get?

We'd take far fewer than last time - maybe 22 - 24k, the total crowd would be 35k - 40k

Whereas I’m much keener on going all the way to the final now that we avoid playing that lot.

Correct, it just won’t be the same.

A full Wembley and our first visit for Donkeys made it what it was. Oh and the result/performance too.

League focus please.

We'd take less than 15k

The two events can be separated, mate.

Is the game definitely on Tuesday?

Trains are off on Wednesday.

Not announced yet

blackpool have it listed on their site as tues

Think it is Tues, just KO time not confirmed yet. Another free hit this, good to win, no dramas if we don't.

Rather beat them in the league.

Mind you, both would be superb

tues 30th, 7pm kick off

Presumably an announcement soon on tickets as it’s getting close

maybe a delaying tactic to put us off travelling in big numbers

We are out for this one. No real excuses just can not be arsed.

I now can’t do the league match in February so may give this a go.
