I’ve had my own business for 21 years, and remember being on Rivals in the office whilst working in my last full time job…. I’d say early 2000s, but not quite 25 years.

Must've been around the start of the 99/00 season for me when I started work and had regular internet access

Ipswich play off was may 2000

So definitely that season for me

Aye I was selling White Love fanzines for Smiley in 1999 when Happy (RIP) approached me and asked where Smiley was. He was after the site being plugged in the fanzine.

Rivals was just before and this site properly started 1999 deffo.

It actually says it at the bottom of the homepage :D

Possibly season before showergate

I joined after queuing for Carling Cup Final tickets. 3 or 4 hours in a line of people and one mentioned Wanderersways. I’ve spent far too much time chatting shit since then.

Yes. Lauta Hools or something.

Was it them that produced the graphic to show how off side our goal was complete with wonky line to prove it?

In the old days there was a night crew and a day crew. I did not have Internet at home so could post during day. Others only had access at night.

Get in in a morning and there would be loads to read through at work.

That's a bit like having an antipodean crew.

Haha, correct. I wasted hours at work, literally hours and hours, laughing my tits off and doing no work.
