We know it's shite (and Neil according to the BN is doing something else next year), but such abuse is not going to win any friends. Absolutely. I found the system frustrating this afternoon. Brought about through trying to bulk together with multiple purchases and select from the map off a phone. The queue didn’t help, that could have been communicated. The system displayed inconsistent glitches depending on what device you were on. I was just going to wait till 204-213 came available, then found out they weren’t going to be, again a bit of pre-communication would have helped. Anyway plenty of decent seats to go around, so certainly no need for meltdowns and definitely no need for abuse like that above. Quote
Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted May 9 Site Supporter Posted May 9 Surely there were bound to be a queues on the opening day, as folk piled in? The other aspects, as you say, aren't acceptable. Hopefully, they're ironed out for next season. Quote

Guess we'll see how this new one pans out. Reading that, youre going to be able to see the view from a seat you cant buy as itll crash and to read that after years of blue rings, im not impressed Quote

Guess we'll see how this new one pans out. Wish there was a right to reply. Because I would point out to the honourable Mr Hart that the initial Peterborough allocation sold out in 20 minutes at a point when, as far as anyone knew, that was the total allocation. The extra tickets only appeared once Peterborough were out of the race, and I’d suggest we wouldn’t have got them if we’d had more chance of catching Derby, either. And I still want to know who these supporters groups are who he has been speaking to. Either folk who already have an ‘in’, or those who don’t do many aways so are quite happy to have an equal chance in a free for fall. I’d also point out that ‘a handful of times’ represents anything from 20-25% of the league season so is very much not an isolated incident, nor has it been for the last 3 years of fastest finger first. Waiting for them to creep round towards the halfway line. I can't believe how cheap the upper tiers are. Quote

There was bound to be loads trying to get in, so of course a queueing system makes absolute sense. Better than not being able to get into the system. Are you really complaining that you weren't told that there may be a queue? Of course the other faults are shite, but not sure what the problem of a queue is. Quote

Tbf the queue started at 11.10 rather than 12 Like @Casino, I remembered from last year and was spot 76 so near enough behind him to chuck mint imperials at his yed in the virtual ticket queue Quote

If we’d have known about the queuing system we would have probably got the 12 we wanted in the area we first went for. We didn’t. I repeat not a big thing, but nevertheless it could have been communicated. Happy with the alternative so all good. Quote
W.cramp Posted May 9 Posted May 9 I got put into the queue today , never asked to or wanted to. I was still having trouble logging on and next thing I am in a queue. Quote
Moderators Zico Posted May 9 Moderators Posted May 9 Did some one do a guide or link to one that shows how to sort out the kids reference issue when you're logged in or something? If so where is it? Quote

Also the shifting on Barnsley for our allocation is a bit lame They knew what they were getting after last season And we will have wanted the south lower for our fans, which I agree with Barnsley could've give us more but they didn't, that's up to them, but the notion what we gave them was based on what they gave us is a bit bollocks Quote
Zulu Posted May 9 Posted May 9 My niece sorted them all out today. Bless her! 12 of us. I'm sat with my lad in Block 221, Row 15. My lad's now 24 years old. I took him to watch a Bolton game (versus Middlesbrough) for the first time when he was five. He's been a Chelsea 'supporter' all his life, until he came to the Papa John final last year. He's now wavering. I won't rest until he's a Wanderer. COYW!! Quote
