Whereas you’ve had the right CRN for him all season and he hasn’t needed to log in. There is actually a functionality that you can log in using your CRN and password rather than email address and password, but I suppose folk will argue it’s easier to remember your email address than your CRN.

You might be right but I'm fairly certain he will have logged in using the exact same method he's used to login and buy away tickets all season, and not tried something different for this game
