Probably look something like this if we wanted to use the squad in a 4-3-3.

Reckon Schon will do well further foward. Looked like he was learning to be a wingback earlier in the season. Skillfull, direct and one of the few of our lot who has something about them.

He needs half a turn and at least he'd be facing the right way to kick it forward. Whether he would is an other matter.

Deffo, he's played at Left wing for Hungary and in the game he played against England too at Wembley. Along with Tutu he's by far our most direct player and dribbler.

We've not seen anything if this Murphy lad from Newcastle but he's highly rated at Left Back.

I would be excited to see those 2 down the left hand side and then potentially Tutu and Collins down the other, with some steel in the middle.

Boy how I have missed watching us with 2 wide players.

First decision for new manager will be the out of contract boys. If they aren't signing or signalling a desire to stay, sure as shit they won't play much now.

We may not see much of Baxter, Santos, Jones or Williams. Cogley is an interesting one. I don't get the hate for him. Final ball let's him down but I don't feel he's been worse than any of the others this season and never hides (unlike one or two others). 

Anyway, I think we'll see more of Forrester, Toal, Southwood, etc. Sharples may get a little run.

And one elephant in the room - Morley has been as average as anyone since his return - maybe system related, but we'll know when Emma H is appointed what she wants to do.

Cogley is very fit and has a great engine. His final ball is poor, his crossing in particular is very poor, which in effect makes him a better option at full back rather than being played as a wing back. In essence you are right we have had a lot worse than him.

He was.

He's also been good with us until over-coached into an unadventurous tipper-tapper. Maybe he can be unshackled.

Just shows how we all see things differently. I think he's been quality.

Your 'system related' comment relevant though. We get exposed so much with one central midfielder (the other 2 too far wide and forward when we're attacking) that it really doesn't matter if it's Morley, Sheehan or some legendary midfield shit-house, we'll get over-run enough times in some games to make our centre seem soft and whoever's thankless task it was to be there seem weak as piss.

His first touch is also very good forgot to mention that

At Stoke Schumacher was very flexable having played mainly 4231, 433 and 4411

It's nice to see a manager who'll mix things up.

He still got sacked after a total of about 30 games though, no point being very flexible, if none of the formations actually work :)

Although, purely for what he achieved with Plymouth, he'd get my vote from the underwhelming list of managers that we're being linked with at present
