They reckon the no rule is to do with people having sky sports app on their phone and watching the footy with their mates and they don't have the licence for it to be shown

Apparently he was a massive recluse so nobody would know what he looked like so would go in this pubs checking if his rules were being enforced

He shut down one in Derby as someone took photos and put them on social media
