gonzo Posted February 19 Posted February 19 My van has just cost me £820 in two days. Alignment was off and completely spazzed my passenger tyre up so it went in on Monday to sort it. Told them in passing think my brakes were catching. Turns out I had zero pads left. Came out with 3 new tyres and brake pads. Drove it for half a day and the starter motor went. Back in for another afternoon and following morning. Two days missed work, two days missed earnings that are gone forever and an £820 garage bill. Times like these I just wished I had a 9-5. Quote

We have a 30 year old MGF... off to the coast tomorrow, I will have 2 litres of water and at least 1 litre of oil plus tools and a blanket to put on the deck when I Idisappear underneath... really looking forward to my day out 😜 Quote
