It felt like it was completely random if our defenders would deal with the long balls into space, Forino and Toal messed up just like Johnstone after the goal causing us to defend when they were simple to deal with.

Kenny's goal was made to look simple but ti was so clean in how he worked it on his right and finished it stylishly.

Decent result which leaves it in our hands to finish 3rd 4th, we can't finish any lower than 5th, you'd think Stockport will beat Port Vale in their game in hand, but we are home they are away to Barnsley, so maybe 3rd may still happen.

Luton will have to come at us, which our wingers should be looking forward to.

League 1 play offs mathematically confirmed.

Ideally 3rd or 4th so a win next week should sort that.

We can’t finish 6th unless Stevenage overturn a massive GD.

Barnsley are on the beach and Stockport will easily turn them over.

Perhaps and that could  even be a blessing to finish 4th and avoid a team that may be buzzing at sneaking 6th.

For me, it looks like Bradford in the playoffs and back to that ground in about 13 days time for more long balls pumped into our half for 90 mins.

If we're going to play with a back 4, we need a proper left and right back. Conway and Tutu are wing backs and Johnston is a centre back. You can hardly blame them for being forced to play in essence out of positon and not really being at the required level at that position.

Anyone but Stockport in the playoffs for me. They'll finish 3rd so we should be able to avoid them in the first round.

Well he is not a full back- give soft free kicks away two consecutive weeks that has led to equalisers.

Worst thing today was another late winner for Luton- we need to destroy them next week

Rest ACD, Kenny, Rodrigues, Foirino,Dalby and even Cissoko next week ....Would not be bothered about playing Bradford first or second.....Would even put the young keeper in and see what he is like

Sooner that defence is broken up the better

Nah, they're all playing well so let them keep going

No way.

SS seems to be an honourable chap, and I reckon he wouldn't want to be seen playing a weakened side against another pushing for a play-off berth.

Rest one or two maybe, but not wholesale.

With the way the remaining fixtures pan out - especially the Stockport game in hand -  it looked a lot at first glance like we will finish 4th or 5th and play Bradford over two legs. Stockport 3rd to play Stevenage, Luton or Argyle.

Looking at the detail of next week, Exeter badly need a result against Bradford. Meanwhile Stevenage play the pie-men. Given the goal difference I don't think we can finish sixth.

Conclusion: Bradford or Stevenage over two legs seems far likelier than other scenarios.
