It's a weird one for me. Hate him more now he's gone. Spent a lot of time defending him through blind loyalty and the fact he very nearly got us over the line. The contrast between Oxford an

Unfortunately it ends with us getting beat at Barnsley in the play offs...

We'll win one of them, some day!

FFS!!!! I don't need to buy the book now 😁

Well it wasn’t a dream then, my first thought waking up this morning. What a day , and what memories for 29k wanderers many of which will be the new generation of our fan base. I was nervous but the walk up from the coach park upto the Green man and a couple of hours in there were brilliant. Much has been said about the game but for me the early goal was key in how the 90+ minutes developed, after it Stockport were slightly the better side but I think they used so much energy in being so that they were spent for much of the second half. That’s not to to take anything away from us, ss and his back room team got the tactics and subs spot on. We looked stronger as the game went on and in that heat was just ridiculous. Hope we get Johnstone and Tutu signed up on new deals. What a day, what a team, what an owner.

We were discussing on the way back was it the perfect day out ?

Our train down was meant to be full but loads of spare seats

Beers and food on way down was just right.  Corona good choice.

Journey to ground very smooth. Into block 240, brilliants right behind Sky Camera man, could see replays on his screen for both VARs

Early goal, but probably slightly second best first half, but they had run their race and we dominated second half. Brilliant subs, McAtee won a header, the overhead kick after playing ACD, the pen just sealed it.

Celebrations afterwards Schuey embracing Sharon and then Sharon and Micheal James on the pitch bought a tear to my eye

Tube back was boiling hot and this was only issue we had all day, so only god to blame.

Found a bar in Kings with no Arsenal fans in.

Train back was delayed but only by enough that we claim a 50% refund but enough for us to miss connecting train.

Not bad at all

I was sat just to the right of that camera man, cracking view.

Jus got on a packed rattler back up north with a delicate tummy and a sore head 😁

The one that’s just announced the ‘no tilt’ function is broken by any chance? Just what I need 🤢

If I was a Stockport fan I don't think I'd have been to impressed with their substitutions yesterday.

Why on earth did they take Barrie and that mon who scored off.

Borrowed off Twitter if anyone fancies a new phone lock screen

Spoke to one on the tube back to Victoria, aparrently Skibidibi or whoever hasn't really played a full 90 this season and they have a lack of depth which is why he said they've seen it all season fading in the second half when they make sub.

Mind you he was very drunk and quite emotional. His son who lives in London was taking him home 😁

But they were very gracious. Unlike the grumpy thumb looking bloke in Baker Street Weatherspoons who kept shouting about VAR. Ruined my already god awful pizza (on top of whatever that hotdog was in the ground!)

accept criticism when it's justified

My point is, is that a lot of it wasn’t; Tutu never a full back, SS won’t take us up the list is a pretty big one.

Anyway we’ve already had folk on saying they’re glad they got it wrong, so fair play.

Will need to have a bit of patience and tolerance when we lose a few in the Championship.

Barrie hadn't done much tbf but Sidibe was a suprise, was still causing issues and didnt look like he was tiring, his reaction to being subbed also suggests he was of a similar opinion

I think next season is different, we are not expecting to be in the autos or the playoffs, so there is less pressure.

I had my doubts when we couldn't win away and looked lost in a few games, but the recruitment in January and Dalby hitting exceptional form have helped. The performances in the last 3 games have shown a new side to us with grit, determination and most importantly taking our chances when it matters.

We achieved what we set out to do and that is all that matters, a long summer awaits, there will be big changes and a clean slate for next season.

If it was nt for the cheap Stockport kits that would like a World Cup goal with the white wall in the stands.

Not sure if already posted but it's ace this.

That's the law now ungentlemanly conduct it happened in the premier League earlier this season but it wasn't in the area and just a sending off and free kick

I get that "it's the rule" but it's harsh to give a red.

It's a foul, it's a yellow, in the area it's a penalty. But a red, & 3 game ban is OTT. It's not like it was a pull like a street fight.

But, there you go.

Edited by Dr. Feelgood

wait until the end bit, when they arrive back.

Cool Runnings not so cool! 🤣

It was only after the game I realised JDC was sent off for it, I was too busy bouncing around celebrating the penalty given to us 😁

Great limbs

Lots of Stockport fans will be really sun burnt today . No cover at that end.

VAR is shit, Wembley is shit, Sunday football is shit , but yesterday I tolerated it all 😊 😊 😊

SS got the subs spot on, Stockport were always likely to tire in that heat, Dalby was tremendous, but even he was outdone by MOTM, the outstanding Tutu.

A wonderful day, EIEIEIfuckingO.
