Spent a lot of time defending him through blind loyalty and the fact he very nearly got us over the line. The contrast between Oxford and yesterday and the in game management is world's apart. That's how you win a football match. Assess, adapt and conquer. Don't just try and do plan A better. That management yesterday won us the game. The system change, the full back switch, going 2 up top just at the right time was perfect. All he's done all season is try and find answers to problems, game by game. Some didn't work, a lot did. He hit it perfect yesterday. I hope he lies on a sunbed for the next 3 weeks with a big smile on his face. Up the scouser. I get it but some of my mates who work at the club just couldn't wait for him to leave and the change to a proper family club under Schumacher behind the scenes is unbelievable from what they tell me. For me, he just always came across as an arrogant simplton. Quote

Do you reckon he might have taken it personally when it was mentioned a bit ago that he’s overweight 😂 Don’t think I’ve seen the lad with a top on since the final whistle, a big two fingers up! Quote
Marc505 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago So Level isn't opening, and the Balmoral is offering the players a free bar and karaoke 😂 Some of these lads will have never seen the likes of it Quote

TrickyTrotter Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Cogley being made to provide a urine sample after being sent off really was taking the piss. Quote
Domcarey1 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) To the lads who drank in the globe on Baker St before the game yesterday who wore t shirts with a picture of their pal who’d passed away, I hope you had a belter knowing that your pal was watching an amazing win from the 4th tier at Wembley…. bolty58 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Finally got to watch the whole thing late yesterday after 20 odd hours of flying. Brilliant! A few Estrella Galicia's toasting our success. Fantastic support. Civic reception great to see. What a fantastic next season we have to look forward to. Onwards and upwards Quote
Popular Post Eagle85 Posted 4 hours ago Popular Post Posted 4 hours ago Spent all yesterday completely drained on the back of one of the best days of my life. Getting to go the game and celebrate with the wife and daughter after the heartbreak of 2 years ago was priceless. Tutu and Dalby were incredible but RR was man of match for me. His work rate from first minute to last in those conditions was unreal. For the first goal he drives forward out wide to provide the space for Gale to cut in and shoot then carries on into the box to score. For the second his positive drive past his opponent and at the defence is key. So many times he was making bursting runs don't know how he managed it. Masterclass from SS. Brave decisions at the perfect times. Even though I'd have started both in an ideal world was delighted he saved Ibra and Dalby for those latter stages. Loved seeing so many Bolton flags/scarfs on the drive home. What a day. Quote
