that I think the balance of the offer is good, but as ever in todays me, me, me, society you cannot win.

They could, imho. How about a smaller deduction but to folk in all stands.

10 years of a season ticket but no loyalty repaid to me simply because I'm not a child or a NSL dweller? I beg to differ on your me me me comment!

right if ticket prices had been held as they were and there was not a cheap NSL option would people be happy ?

the club has tried to do something, which i think should be applauded in terms of intent.

what i do not undertsand is the impact this is expected to have.

the headline grabbing ?299 for an adult season ticket is i am afraid a gimmick.

does anyone think making a small bit of the ground cheap is going to lead to a significant increase in ticket demand.

i would have also made south stand tickets ?299 but with no gaurantee for ticket (or discounts) for cup games.

the kids ticket offer means this overall package works well for me so down by about 9%. Making it cheaper for kids is about devlopping a fan base for the future, so something i can understand, but i simply do not understand the emphasis on NSL.

say 2,000 ticket holders already in that stand now getting ?100 reduction, so that is ?200k surely the money would be better spread over more areas ?

also as mentioned a lot of people in NSL will nto want it to be a singing stand has anyone spoke to them ? it will lead to rows in there next season.

also remember that current ticket holders will have the 'best seats' so those in the middle, the singers will be to either side of the stand.

Let the kids have their ?49 ST's all together. Put them in South Lower.

unless their ticket is bought with an adult ticket !!

be funny if they did that and still opened the bars !

In a word: Yes!

In a word: Yes!

so in that case you would be as is. based on this season.

next year you are happy except that you have the option to move and get a cheaper seat...........................sorry but i think you are heading to the hard to please cupboard................. :pardon:

Why is that? So I have to move to get a reduction even after years of loyalty in ESL? I'm sorry, I don't see that as being in the hard to please cupboard.

If they have put that reduction into a budget then make it open to all, not just one stand.

I might sound like a spoilt brat BUT "it's not fair!"

I haven't read all the individual replies, but my take is that it's a great deal for kids and those who sit in NSL.

They've done f?ck all for anybody else really.

nope not all in the NSL as i said previously i doubt very much my grandad wants to sit in the singing stand.

Where is his reward for 70+ years of loyalty including being on the embankment on the day of the disaster? sorry you old giffer move stands and you and your family have pay more.

the bean counters will point out you have had a 'real terms' reduction on your ticket. :pardon:

?299 for all Lower Tier ST's would have been welcomed.

299 all lower tier 349 north upper 399 E+W upper tier jobs a good un.

Petrol has risen by 40% since the last season started. It now costs us more to attend. So, in real terms, football is more expensive.

but the actual ticket hasn't gone up.

i'm not agreeing with it just looking at it from the BWFC money and PR mens point of view

But you said it was cheaper in real terms: I merely disagreed.

I get that (although we know it's horse poo). I just feel really irked with the club that it's only one stand. Surely I'm not the only one to feel this way.

I'd point out to them that due rises in fuel and the impact it has had on everything, people actually have less disposable income this year. Factor in that property prices have dropped then the feel good factor of recent years has gone.

Therefore. in order to get people to part with their hard earned cash, BWFC needed to raise their game. And quite simply, for the demographic that covers many people on this board, they have failed.

Nothing in these prices that induce me to return (was in West Stand Lower since Reebok opened), and whilst reducing kids prices is admiral, they are not going to get there unless their parents take them, and if you don't want to sit in North Stand, than you are still paying a high price.....season tickets sold below 10,000 for the coming season?

leave the club alone.they have done brillaintly.

im in nsl,and i aint moving for anyone :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

you are in the cupbaord because you would be happy if price for your ticket had stayed the same.

it has, but you are unhappy because someone else is getting thers cheaper, in a bit of the ground that you do not want to sit in, or if you do you can move there.

you have everything you had when happy but are now unhappy despite having an extra option...

i am happy because the new prices make me ?50 better off

That's very good, but far too subtle for on here!

Maybe not if this was 1982.

On that note, I was always fond of Beaver who made Southend kits amongst others...

I'm renewing because I support BWFC

I'm renewing because I'm a sheep.

sometimes Bolton fans baffle me, that is if you really are a fan of BWFC.
