The ?109 is a huge difference from ESL to NSL, one that i think is not really fair on the one's

who sit in ESL. I will be getting my ESL ticket but i think let's say ?370 ESL and ?330 NSL,

would have worked out better.Still not to unhappy about it ?409 is not that bad really.

Bring it on, top ten next season. =D>

I agree with the point made above.

I have a ticket in ESL, it will cost me the same as last year. 409, not too bad.

But, those who have the tickets in NSL will be able to renew for a big discount (not sure what the price was last year), and I suspect the option of moving into that stand to be unavailable by the end of the week.

are we not all missing the point that they're trying to get people into the NSL from other areas? with a ?110 reduction - they are clearly aiming this at young adults - ie. those most likely to sing..... ie. the scoreboard mob from the ESL.

the rest of us should be happy that the prices are frozen and carry on regardless.

if you were all expecting a reduction, a free pint & a blow job at every game - then you'll obviously be quite disappointed.

If prices are that cheap for kids who's to say that they won't buy a cheap season ticket but only go to the more attractive games, i think some of these seats will end up empty anyway as it will only be wasting ?2.50 if they don't wish to attend

Maybe, but why should fans like us have to pay so much more, than"young adults" (who will only have to pay ?20 a week to there mums out of there wage)

i for one was not expecting a reduction in price and happy with the price of my ticket,

just surprised with the vast price diffrence. ;)

Tell you what, there's going to be some bloody owd looking "15 year olds" in this season

Mate of mine works on the trains checking folk have tickets and the correct ones.

The current record is a 43 year old travelling on a child's ticket.

I sit with my son in the west stand lower, why should i pay ?400 plus but someone in the north stand pays ?299, thats why i think the pricing is disappointing, a small section of cheap season tickets, how does that reward the people who renew year after year who sit in other areas.

This does not attract me to renew, this does not take away the sour taste of Lisbon, i see nothing in the deal for the vast majority of season ticket holders to renew.

So you are paying ?428 for 2 to watch 19 games of premiership football each, that is ?11.20 each.

I will be paying ?458 (1 adult 1 kid) because I choose to sit in east stand. ?12 each.

Unless we introduce flat pricing across all areas of the ground.

Chorley how cheap do you think it would have to be ? People who but a kids ticket have nothing to complain about with these prices, if another area of the ground is cheaper you can move there. If you wont move it is becuase you place some value on your current seat, hence the slightly higher price.

?49 for Kids season ticket? makes that Chelsea match ticket seem even worse now!

I wasn't expecting a reduction for sts in one stand

I wouldn't be arsed even if they introduced ?299 in the South Stand where there are currently no season tickets

but that idiot with the fingerless gloves is now getting being rewarded with a discount for no apparent reason

btw, I'm happy they've frozen the prices elsewhere and will more than likely be renewing

The more i think about this the stranger it seems.

North stand is normally pretty full so you are giving a discount for a lot of seats that sell anyway.

Other areas that are usually less full they are giving less discount....seems daft.

Does the kid price only apply if you are also buying an adult ticket ?

Fair enough, but one problem that we identified on here when the NSL singing idea started was with people already there for many a moon not necessarily being up for being part of a singing section. They need to be tempted to go elsewhere but obviously now wont be.

Don't be so defeatist Satan. I could solve that problem of tempting them to move elsewhere in two simple words. Festers arse.

Feckin chemical warfare.

Not many will be able to, though, when it comes to the NSL will they? As others noted there may only be 1000 or so seats up for grabs. Even if its more than that I would assume there's a 1000-1500 ST holders in there from last year? Presumably they have automatic right of renewal? So they get a very nice price reduction.

And matchday prices please, for those of us who often have other things to do.

my thoughts also

guesstimates

north lower holds 3000

probably has 2000 sts already in there

imagine if every adult season ticket qualified you for one free pint per match! that would be a fantastic incentive and not too costly?

The NSL business is a joke, this wont get more fans in! it will just mean that people from other stands will just move into there to fill up the non ST seats. The old miserable feckers that already sit there wont move to pay more money in another stand will they? Useless cunts.

To be fair SG I mentiond the lack of availability in the North Stand earlier in the thread and i do not get why you discount an area that seems to sell quite well rather than another area.

I was pointing out that I sit in the East Stand although I could get tickets cheaper in the West Stand, I pay more because i like where I sit.

at ?11.20 a game I am not sure how much cheaper Chorley expected it to be.

I also do not understand this I am not happy because someone else is paying less than me attitude, it seems 409 + 49 for me is ragging great value, I also get 5% off for being in life line, so make that ?11.5 per game for me.

Ignoring the kids price I will be paying just over ?20 per game, a round in the pub can cost that.....

What if you ddon't want a pint? - would you be able to change it for bovril or a tea?

I also don't see how getting a "free pint" of that cack they serve in plastic glasses would sway people decisions

Make mine a litre of V-power!

I don't particularly like children or the North Stand so thank you to the club for pleasing adults in the ESL who don't want to be sat in a creche or surrounded by teenage trackie chav types.

I know they can't please all the people all of the time BUT it irks me when I'm not one of those being pleased (so to speak.)

:nea:

Not having an instalment plan at 0% interest, which I think they managed the season before last is another opportunity missed.

this thread just goes to show what a load of miserable self centred tossers populate this site.

again, does that really help people decide if they are going to get an ST or not? - I would say it makes no difference.
