this thread just goes to show what a load of miserable self centred tossers populate this site.

Really? And why's that?

Are the ones of us who aren't getting anything out of these reductions supposed to be pleased for those who are?

NB- Possibly a self centred tosser then!

nothing there to entice me back....

specially with the lying cuntybollocks still in charge...and all his new signings from the championship...

the NSL singing section will never work...went in for the Euro games...to many old moaning bastards and people who site deadly silence eh mounts....

carry on...

again, does that really help people decide if they are going to get an ST or not? - I would say it makes no difference.

If one of the main drivers for the club is to get as many fans on seats as often as possible. Then surely spreading the cost for nothing becomes more attractive to some sections who find an initial outlay upfront difficult to justify?

why so?

as said already, no issue with the kids tickets, but slightly grated by fact that existing NSL st's have been singled out for a reward

no point in debating, you'll probably think it's a bad idea tomorrow anyway

wouldn't of thought so..I think mounts benefits from being a existing St holder in the NSL.

I sit with me gramps in the NSL now i don't think he's going to want to sit/stand with the yoof now moving into the NSL it's only anothe ?20 for him to sit elsewhere so not a big issue for him but another ?100 fo me and my dad if we don't want to leave the old timer on his own.

how is that fair?

I'm all for the ?299 season ticket but think about those in there that don't want to be in the 'singing stand' i predict a few scuffles next year thanks to the yoof being told to sit down by those who've sat in the NSL for the 11 years we've been at the bok

I dont think so. Maybe we should just sit back and accept anything that anyone tells us. I believe thats why the country is in such a mess. Do you have a ST in NSL by any chance?

Personally disappointed. I would be though as I'm in the East Stand Upper. My ticket price is ?449. I will people in the upper tiers are being charged the same to make up the difference of bringing in the ?49 kids tickets.

For me - what would have been better and fair to customers is to bring upper tiers down to ?399 and have kids at ?99.

?99 is still great value for money and ?399 is more acceptable.

All this said - I will still pay for a season ticket in that seat as it's where I want to sit with my friends and family.

it is a con where i sit

north upper my dad and brother sit together

1 adult and 1 child ticket last season cost a combined ?410

they have supposedly slashed childrens prices to half price

but the combined total of the package is ?407 for next season

I have had a season ticket in the ESL since day 1, I have been into the NSL for a about 6-7 games this season when the singing section was first mooted, I stand by my original viewpoint that there are too many self centred miserable feckers on here, some people are just never happy.

Speaking to the ticket office today about moving 3 adults and 1 child to NSL.

Will be a bit of a nightmare as we all want to sit together still but pay seperately.

If alls well should save ?290 quid.

No doubt it will be a fuckup and we will end up where we are.

why is that then ?

people are expressign disapointment that the ticket price is not what they were hoping for.

personally i think it is as good as we could have hoped for.

the very people questioning the prices and especially the availability of the headline grabbing ?299 offer are the people the club wants to attract back, if they do not like the offer then the club has missed an opportunity.

If I was bolton I would extend the cheap offer to the south stand once the north stand has sold out.

This is another half baked scheme from BWFC.

For the NSL to be a success as a singing section you need to tempt fans to move into the area - job done with the ?299 ST.

But you also need to offer an attractive alternative to those in the NSL who don't want to be in a singing section, so they will move - job NOT done as its ?100+ cheaper to renew in their current seat.

Result - fans in one section of the ground are 'rewarded' with a ?100+ reduction in their season ticket, as its too much for them to even consider moving.

What BWFC have been spending the last 3 weeks thinking about is beyond me, this scheme is a non-starter.

The "locked-in" 5 year deal for ?1,500 with installment payments, as mentioned on here last week, had far more mileage in it.

I don't have a ST these days but I find it strange to slash prices in only one section.

The yoof will remain in ESL as they will buy ?49 tickets (even if they are 21)

However, I do applaud the Club on the kids ticket price. We are under increasing threat of losing a generation of support to the Red Filth. I see more Manyoo shirts on kids around town than BWFC so if this helps.

I want it extending to the ESL, watching football from being the nets is vastly inferior and I don't particularly want to sing anyway.

I may be a miserable fcuker but I was hoping for a figure of around ?350 for the ESL.

Having briefly read through this thread, I am struggling to understand why about 80-90% of the posts are negative. The club have reduced or frozen the cost of football for everyone. Also the club have listened to the fans in terms of allowing/encouraging fans to sing, which throughout last season was the subject of many moaning posts on here. Where is the problem?

It is easy to pick out one part of what the club have done, and pick holes in it because it isn't perfect for you, but when you have to please kids, yoof, thirty somethings wanting a bit of rowdyness/violence, those in a mid life crisis, pensioners, women, dads, mums, grandads, prawn sandwich types equally, it becomes a bit more difficult. As well as that, the club have to deal with falling attendances, and thus greater financial pressures, as well as having to compete with a monolith ten miles away that has just won the two biggest prizes and is constantly consuming many of our potential fans.

Perhaps all those who have an issue should post an alternative structure, and I mean complete structure, the club should have used, and a benefits case to show how your structure is generally better than the one the club has used.

I'll consider renewing my ST in the ESL after I see what we do in the transfer market over the next few weeks.

It's just not getting me excited at the moment and maybe a new signing(s) would.

I think that would have as much of an effect on the number of ST's as ?50 off here or there would.

how old do you have be to get a childs ticket ?

what is age bracket for a young persons ticket ?

and I don't particularly want to sing anyway.

Well you were having a good old sing here,1min 33. ::::lol::::

Are you for real? Someone, possible more than one, is being paid quite well so to that, full time over a number of weeks/months. And you want someone on here to cobble one together off the top of their heads without having all the information to hand so you can pick holes in it. Ok then...

It isn't too difficult. Just point out the differences you would like to see and how that would help all the types that constitue our fan base. You would like to see ESL at ?350, which would would be good for you, but then what about WSL, and then what about the differences between ESL/WSL and ESU and WSU. And then what about the clubs finances?

I suppose you would like to see some big name signings, where do they come from?

the main issue is the vast price difference between a NSL ticket an the next ticket for those like my dad and gramps who don't want to sit with the yoof.

Why is there a ?110 price gap between my ticket if i renew and if we move for the sake of my elderly grandad who's been coming week in week out since the 30's. are we expected to make him sit on his own in the west stand if we can't afford the ?220 between us to move seats?

I have no issue with cheap seats in the NSL to create an atmosphere or with the cheap kids tickets.

I am actually confident you wont fcuk it up. (or big brother will sort it)

Funny thing is you will now be 5 minutes walk and 10 minute queue further from the pub.
