We never have and never will for the forseeable future sell 24000 ST's. Even in our best supported days of a few years ago, we only sold 18000-19000.

my point was that having 6,500 empty seats at every game costs more than reducing season ticket prices.

we have not in my opnion done enough to increase gates for next season significantly.

I ve just been on the Kelloggs Rice Crispies forum. Theres currently 298 members logged on and 42 visitors and theyre discussing whether you should use pasteurized or steralized milk. I might go on the vimto one now

If you look at the true story section from that site, you'll see a post about an ex-girlfriend of mine who was hung over in the morning and took a big swig from a glass of vimto that she'd left on her bedsite unit.

Unfortunately for her, her boyfriend at the time* needed a piss in the middle of the night and couldn't be arsed going to the toilet...needless to say she doesn't drink vimto anymore.

*The peasant boyfriend wasn't me, I'd have used the ensuite.

Natasha used to like vimto...............apparently

is it full of people moaning that they are now eating frosties because the corn flakes have not cut prices, just kept them the same ?

That's very good, but far too subtle for on here!

admirable, m'lud

What does a business do when enough customers aren't buying it's only product ?

It can improve the product, lower the price of the product, or slowly go bust.

Maybe there are other options ... ?

What happens if demand for NSL exceeds supply?

Come on, do you think they have thought about it, fooking BWFC we are talking about here :nea:

"Snap, crackle and pop"

Wasn't that what the effects microphone picked up during the Eduardo incident? :pardon:

First thing I said when I saw it was "The bastards"

Fundamentally a good idea, but flawed as pointed out by Bobcat etc.

As NB says where's the feckin loyalty recognition, for those of us who paid out for STs for 20 years or maybe many more?

If everyone has been clamouring for a singing section, then why does it need such discounts ? People will buy one anyway-won't they?

Or is everyone else subsidising it?

As for decent value- maybe in comparison to others, but ?400+ is still a lot of cash for many folk- a more even distribution of the discounts would be fairer.

I understand that some people don't want or can't afford to pay - that's their choice. As others have said, I want to see the game from the middle, so ESL is my choice. I accept that it is cheaper to watch with (in my opinion) a restricted view from behind the goal in NS. As the club have reduced Kids prices, I will renew the half season ticket I bought for my lad at Xmas, he wasn't sure he wanted to come but hopefully he will follow BWFC for all his years.

Just to keep the prices in context, came back from France via Essex at the weekend, an Arsenal "friend" we visited told me his club had just removed ?1400 from his bank account to renew his season ticket. Back at work today, one of my team told me his Linclon City season ticket (Mid table league 2) was over ?300. Now we don't play like Arsenal, but we are nearer their standard than we are Lincoln's for less than ?100 a season more. If the club don't raise income (and then use it wisely) we will be playing lower league football soon. Look at the latest deloittes study into Wages and league poistion.

Prices seem very good value to me.

Too many posters are tripping themselves up over this

Last week, some weren't getting a Season Ticket whatever the price

This week, e-mails are sent to the club for not valuing their 'loyalty'

I bet the club piss themselves when the read the shite that is posted on here. Its no wonder they don't take us seriously

And why's that then. Sorry, but I'm currently on a large time delay from the UK BUt I've just trawled through some other folk's posts and it seems pretty clear that a fair few agree and you seem to be in the minority. You are indeed entitled to your view BUT I really do not understand why you think it selfish and unacceptable that folk want a bit of equality in the pricing around the ground.

It's a joke and I think I may even write to the club to inform them they have just lost a season ticket sale from a loyal supporter of the club. Not sure they'll give a f?ck but happen I'll feel better. I shall next season be mostly paying per game so the money stays in my account and not theirs all season.

No offence MK, but you can hardly call me a part timer can you? So maybe if there's more of them out there like me, the club could well have scored a major own goal.

Firstly you have said if all sections were kept at the same price you would not have had an issue, just because a section of the ground gets a reduction you have spit your dummy out, o.k. I agree I am in the minority on here but that does not suprise me because the negativity of this site stinks to high heaven it does not change my opinion that the majority of negative people are whinging because they are not getting a reduction and are part of the me, me, me, society this country has bred, the opportunity is there for anyone to to move to the NSL and get the deal, finally I have never called you a part timer and would say you are one of our more loyal supporters, I am dissapointed when good loyal fans feel the need to not get a season ticket because they have not got there two penneth of flesh, but the club seems to be supported by serial whingers and whiners, who cannot wait to jump on the club at every opportunity.

Following on from that I've been to watch Cambridge Utd a few times with a mate from that area. We paid ?15 to stand behind the goals at a game last season in the Conference.

For ?15.73 I get to sit behind the goals at the Reebok in the Premiership.

This post just shows how good the deal is at the reebok, but still it aint enough for a large proportion of fans, the sooner we get the young kids coming through the better, do us all a favour get down to the flying flute every saturday and save yourself ?20 a fortnight.

I for one cant wait to get my season ticket and get to Reebok next season.

Match days are the highlight of the week for me.Watching it on the tele is shite,

if i can afford a season ticket you all can, so "Lets be having you" and

CMON YOU WHITES :yahoo: :drinks:

stick with it mk

im on your side, too

I've read the wanderers ticket page but for the life of me i cannot see the season ticket price for an under 16 disabled asylum seeker - i was hoping to bounce on the back of it

Why do tickets in the nsl get a 14% discount? I agree that my ticket in the ESL should cost more, my issue is that other seats are subject to a discount for no obvious reason. I don't think anyone ok this thread has said the tickets are too expensive.

the club, rightly or wrongly have priced the nsl lower than other areas

their thinking is to get it full, with the intention of it making some noise

theyve been asked enough times to do something to create an atmosphere behind the goal

so, theyve tried to fill that area

whether they'll be succesful, dunno

but that's the thinking

From reading this thread, a few of you need to take your heads out of your arses.

Ticket sales were poor last season. The majority of the target market will be asked to pay the same as last year. Therefore the sales will be poor again.

It's not rocket science.

Yes, the NSL is a good deal, as is the kids ticket. But the majority are getting no persuasion to buy tickets.

I realise that by not following the club stance, i am now no longer a loyal fan and i shouldn't come again: I should go to the Flute. But it needs saying.

Mounts and Casino amongst others don't want folk posting opinions they don't concur with.

we shall see. Sounds like it may back fire in other areas of the ground

Well move then! Or not, as you wish! And this nonsense about kids prices in the NSL being too low, how many on here would still be arsed going if they didnt go when they were kids? My 'kid' will be 15 in November, he is yoof and he and his compadres are the future if we still want a club in 20 years.
