Don't make this into another 'Smegson is a tosser' thread.

It would be interesting if fans just thought about how good of a manager Megson really is in their view, taking into account motivating players , tactics, players he wants in etc. and simply give him a score of how you rate him out of 100. Also take into account what potential he has of moving us forward and shaping a team in the future, not just past results.

In 2 years time when we are in a Uefa Cup position just before christmas 2010 we can look back at this page to see how many points we gave him, and give a new score.

Quite amusing that line. BWFC may well be in a UEFA Cup position just before Christmas 2010, but Megson certainly won't be in charge, he'll be very lucky to reach Christmas 2008.

Did anyone else listen to Manchester Radio this lunchtime ? They were talking about the Whites and spoke to someone from the official supporters assocaition. They asked him what he thought of Megson. He said : I don't know; unlike BSA and Phil B, he's never been to a meeting of the supporters.

Wow ! Not his main priority, I know, but he's really valued us Whites supporters since his unwelcomed arrival at the Reebok, it seems.

i'd agree with most of that apart from the players he wants in part, we've no idea who he wants to sign so to score him on that is a touch harsh

I will not rate him at all, he is never a manager in a million years and for him to get any job at any club is a mystery, the guy is a nice bloke but he has clearly taken on a job that is way above his ability, I am at the stage that I actually feel sorry for him his interviews clearly show the stress he is under his face is quivering with emotion, the club should do the right thing and relieve him of his dutys, which I feel will happen on Monday morning after a demoralising defeat by City.

sorry homer but its just my opinion that not one of them has proved to me that they are better than what we had or the players they replaced, hence one of the reasons we have gone backwards.
