Stayaway......

Look your all falling out between youselve's.

If you don't like what your watching then stay at home, simple's.

Many have voted with their feet, and a couple of very long season tickets holders who I know, won't set foot in the place again until he's gone and I bet there are many more like them.

I've never known so much hatred for a manager in all my years supporting the Whites.

He might be a nice bloke, but as a manager he's cack!

I reckon the club's going to have to build a new 50k stadium with the amount of folk who will come back when Megson's gone. :D

Depending on who we get, theyll probably get booed before they sign on the dotted line

I've copyrighted that, I wish I had 10p for everyone who's claimed that but is actually just using it as a convenient excuse. I'd be rich.

Its easy to watch the whites when your single, have no kids, or have fuck all else to do at the weekend.

Once you get out of the habit of putting your family or job to one side for the afternoon there has to be a fucking good reason to get back into it. There's other things too I admit, but the catalist has to be what happens on the pitch, if its good the other things click into place.

Gary Megson and his shit boring football hasnt once given me that excuse.

A day out with the lads has, but actually waking up and thinking 'Today, I want to pay money to watch that bloke play for Bolton' went ages ago because there isn't ONE player in that squad who can do anything out of the ordinary.

It was my first game of the season yesterday. I had decided to stay away until he's gone but i gave in after the pompey win and realised he will be here until October at least.

I was amazed by the hatred and discontent hanging over the club, people argueing and the like. You see it more when you dont go as often.

Even the harvester was empty by 6PM.

As a club you cannot function whilst that atmosphere is there. It will lift when he is sacked, but he should do the honourable thing and resign.

He wont resign, but gartside, as a businessman will know the writing is on the wall. The sooner he makes that decision the better for the football club as a whole.

C'mon phil get your skates on.

Not seen it yet mate. Seen a few NFL games but we seem to be getting loads of College games at the moment. More enjoyable in truth.

Only saw highlights of Texas v Texas Tech. That wasn't at the Cowboys stadium eh?

Gartside is the key to all this. He is running it like a business and not a football club, and as long as there is a chance of us staying in this division hell be loathed to get rid of Megson. Especially seeing how much he stuck his neck out in the first place, Megson is Gartsides man through and through. A lot of what goes on makes sense, too much of it doesnt though, I cant remember any manager of any club who slags off his players and fans so much. He has spent much of the clubs transfer resources replacing two full backs who performed well last season. He signed Shittu, never given him a run and now desperately wants to offload him. Whatever anyone says, the Korean is cack and will take him at least 2+ years to get him strong enough for the Prem. Mark Davies comes in and out of the side and then gets slagged off by megson, just like Cohen for being too lightwieght. Robinson gets the nod ahead of Samuel for some reason, if ever a player screamed championship workhorse, he is it. Klasnic is going to take until Christmas to get to the pace of this league. His jewel in the crown, Elmander, is so short of confidence, he keeps playing him and playing him, then yesterday doesnt even bring him on off the bench.

I have supported Megson in the past, much because I havent seen much evidence not too, that has now changed.

For that reason iamoot, we need a manager with some affinity for the club and its supporters, to give us some identity. If people keep giving Southampton, Charlton and Leeds as examples of how it coulf go wrong then fair enough, thats a risk we have to take. I shouldnt imagine Leeds fans are too unhappy this season, the Chairman is there to serve the clubs supporters, not the bank manager.

the club is a business 1st and foremost.

i dont recall megson slagging any players off? or fan that didnt deserve it for that matter.

can you imagine if someone like neil warnock was our manager, he attempt to flatten these such fans.

very harsh on the korean sho hasnt even played 90mins yet.

cohen isnt lightweight at all, thats just bolx.

mark davies is a young lad who needs mustnt be relied upon.

No that staduim is in Austin, you see it when your drive in

I watch some of that last night it was a good game

I think it Dallas home opener today, I think it hold 100,000 with a movimg roof

Cant afford prem football, so will stick to watching Leigh Gen, where you can get on the team bus and tell the players that they were shite today, without getting a FBO.

i dont recall megson slagging any players off?

he near as dammit did with Ricketts yesterday.

Who, he brought in as cover/replacement for Steinsson. Who is twice the player but is only getting bit part games out of position!

What the fck is going on?

BWFC is a business now.

as is every football club, survival is pretty much all the club (and most of the others in the PL) aspire to now, for that reason it's just become dull. I've not been yet this season, and there isn't much to make me think that a 350 mile round trip is worth it

this is the longest I have ever been without watching a Wanderers match (Arsenal away last season , lost 1-0 didn't even attempt to get in the opposition half for 90 mins, Megson substituted his substitute , Riga, after about 20 mins) I similarly have a 400 mile round trip for home games but won't even consider local away games until things change.

Totally agree, what has Steinsson done wrong to deserve being made a tw4t out of as he was on Saturday

love it. best comment i have read for a while. i think we should fuck it. run it purely about football then in 12 months time when we have gone bust and BWFC no longer exists you can complain that we didn't run it on a good business plan

Alienating large numbers of fans isn't going to do the club any good in the long run either is it?

Of course you have to run it as a business but most businesses do tend to listen to their customers don't they? Since those customers that are booing the manager are far more vociferous that those that are cheering him then perhaps they should listen? Sacknig the manager might not be the right decision footballing wise but surely from a business perspective the current situation is untenable :D :D
