the other thing to note though, is when he signed for Blackpool, he was signing for a small Championship clun who's aspirations were to stay up - the PL was an accident really, and certainly not anticpated by anyone, hence the 500k fee

Good signing imo. Seen him a few times and hes looked pretty decent and looks capable of playing in the premiership. Centre midfield looking a bit healthier now with Holden, Muamba, M Davies & Pratley.

 

Weve now replaced Elmander's second half of the season so its now just the easy part of replacing his goals from the first half
