against Blacburn last week? Adam Bogdan looked quite shaky to me. Not ready to take over from Jussi yet I think. Maybe season 2012/13 will be the time. What are your thoughts?

Shop window maybe? If we get AlHabsi back we will have three top keepers. We don't have room or money for all three. The world knows how good Jussi and AlHabsi both are, perhaps, with our poicy of "If the offer's good enough . . ." we'll consider selling any of the three.

Jussi did get injured in the pre match warm up. That may be why Bogdan played.

nope bogdan was in from the off.

In that case then I would say it was to give Bogdan chance to earn his wages since the only games he has played have been cup games and when Jussi was suspended.

And for little Louis' benefit. Bogdan was given the nickname "Cheesy Wotsit" in Belfast last November by Squidgy's girl friend.

I thought it stuck from the game at Southampton where the fans were singing "There's only one cheesy Wotsit" ?

You might be right. The first time I heard it was in Belfast and I went to the Southampton game as well.

Our away form is so pathetic that it doesn't really matter, probably thought we always concede, so let's give Bogdan a go, let's not dent Jussi's confidence even more by playing him in a game that's already lost before kick-off because our players obviously can't change losing almost every away game.

May also want to see more of Bogdan in match games before deciding on Al Habsi's future.

Good thing you aren't a football coach with that logic and mentality diddles. I honestly think I'd be happier with bogdan over jussi bit ideally get the hab back!

Jussi is our best keeper, Bogdan is likely to be good enough in a few years and take over from him, and we can get money for Al Habsi. Seems simple enough to me

Al Habsi has made a few howlers for Wigan this season. A little over rated by some Bolton fans I think.

A few?

Name more than two. I can actually only think of one - the one against Man City.

Considering he's faced more shots than any other 'keeper this season, I'd say one howler is pretty darn decent.

He's certainly better than Robert Green who makes at least a fuck up per month. And Gomez at Spurs isn't much better. Either of those two would jump at the chance of having any of our three keepers I reckon.

From the official Bolton website Coyle says "Jussi has been outstanding all season as he has been since day one at the football club. Given the last few weeks and the amount of games we have had in a short period of time, I told him we were going to give young Adam a game at Blackburn. Being the professional he is, he was comfortable with it. Jussi will play in goal against Sunderland on Saturday".

The argument that Jussi saves us points & keeps us in games makes him out to be something exclusive. All 'keepers do it & all 'keepers make mistakes.

For me Al Habsi is a better all round keeper than Jussi.

Will we though, I can understand people saying that Jussi and AlHabsi are "top keepers" but I'm not sure we've actually seen anything of Bogdan yet to warrant calling him a top keeper. Hasn't he only ever played about 6 or 7 professional games in his life?
