Juan.Kerr
Mine was never that clean. It was about four shades of maroon. Used to call it the Crimson Flyer. It was followed by a yellow Hillman Hunter estate aka the Flying Custard. Happy days.
Dan.m
Mine have all been alright. Had a Fiesta to start with, no problems with it and looked alright. Then a A4 1.8T, shit slow, was clocked, but got my use out of it. Then a Clio 1.9D which was probably the best of the lot! Now driving a Puma that cost me ?200 and is a hoot! Site Supporter Winchester White Posted June 23, 2011 Site Supporter Share Posted June 23, 2011 My first car was a Saxo VTR which was pretty good going for a 19 year old starter. Unfortunately before that I was on my mums insurance and wrapped my her Renault 19 around a tree 2 months after passing my test. After that we had a 1.4 Citroen AX which went like shit off a shovel but was made out of balsa wood and understeered so much it was unsafe. Then we had a Nissan Sunny which my mum loved but some tit drove into it when it was parked up. Then I made a huge fuckup by buying a Rover 414 for my mum with the insurance money when she was away - what a mistake that was! Whoever designed the K-Series engine wants fucking over, how it stayed in production for so long I do not know!

To be fair to you, Puma's are brilliant cars to drive with superb handling, its just a shame they usually smell of ammonia.

Along with another girly car, the mx5 I like my 182.. only got it because my ex wife said I couldn't have a big sporty car (before this I had a range of Alfas and other sporty cars) so I told her I'd found a little Clio I liked. I didn't tell her it was a 135 mile an hour rocket that stuck to the road like shit to a blanket. it still isn't as much fun as my 1.9 205GTI either Homer. But then again I'm 20 odd years older now

Exchange Jesus sandals with Birkenstocks, SCV with a French people carrier and leather patched jacket with a nice linen one and you're almost there.
