is probably the most dissapointing of the season so far...(doubt it will be the last)

only because after the team like performance against stoke i'd hoped we'd turned the corner.....

its obvious we havent..

and look a long way off turning it....

christmas is fast approaching....

please santa...can we have 15 points please?

against stoke we came up against a team even more immobile than us

against stoke we came up against a team with less ability on the ball than us

today, we were faced by a team with movement, technique and tactics

we were dog dirt and a one goal defeat flattered us

You saw a different game to me if you thought WBA were worth more than a one goal win.

i'm guessing you watched with your labrador

WBA where never worth 3+ goals today, to say we where lucky to only lose by one is a load of horse shit. how many saves did jussi really have to make? not many in in my book, should have been more than 2 my arse.

He had 3 bounce into his hands from 6 yards out on other days they are 3 goals.

No excuses today WestBrom where better than us and seemed quicker to every ball.

We are in trouble and are getting outfought

Trouble is that when we get outfought, we have no-one on the bench with any strength on the ball.

Petrov, N'gog and Kakuta as subs were just playing into their hands.

If we had been one up, we wouldn't have had a sub to close the game up and play it out.

Coyle hasn't remedied this defect which was papered over last season by Holden and Elamnder busting a gut.

I've got to the stage when I will be very pleasantly surprised if we beat the drop.

When two teams of a fairly similar standard play each other, home advantage will make a difference. West Brom need to win their home games just as much as we do. They upped their game in the second half, and got the victory. This was a game we would of most likely lost regardless of current form. When we play them at home later on in the season, i'd wager we will beat them by the odd goal.
