Youri McAnespie
Or anyone in a position of authority/seniority probably knows, it's surely better to go into a job running it strictly and be considered a nob? It's a piece of piss to lay off and go easy than it is to start laying down the law when you've been all Mr. Nice and pally... I read on ceefax (yeah, it's still going) this morning that Owen Coyle has been 'warning players they're playing for their futures etc.' - is this, and other anecdotal evidence, an indication he's decided to start 'getting tough' with the squad? Because that f*cking ship is sailing into some port in the Bahamas as we speak, the horse that bolted onboard when they disembarked, is wearing shades and a sunhat and giving rides around the deck to the out-of-contract players... Traf
This "team" are the ones who are out of contract at the end of the season. Playing for their futures? They wont give a fk, they'll be able get other clubs to take them. We'll be the ones up shit creek when a whole raft of players leave and we;ll be left with a team of absolute dog shite with a blend of gash that nobody wants and "promising young players" who take as gospel will all be shite
