From a great day to a terrible day. Junior Marple was mascot for this game, me and Gumbo had been in the dressing room prior to the game and seen Fab smiling and joking. He signed autographs as did

  • bolton to win 2-0 with steinson scoring is 1500/1 at stan james.   its Also 4000/1 for us win 4-3.   as you were.

  • Unfortunately he'll be playing only so as to give NRC and Pratley a rest.   Glad to see Coyle's addressed his twittering.   Whether Muamba's right or not, twitter isn't the place to air your grie

Davies looks a great player when he has the ball. Trouble is when he doesn't have it he's anonymous.

What bad management again, fckn clueless , playing klausnic up front on is own.never got a kick . Davis ,pratley ,eagles ,knight, wnk . 0

Aye, it was the worst performance ever seen from a Wanderers team ever.

It's Spurs away

We have Eagles and Ryo "helping" on the wings and a centre half in midfield too

Not sure what folk were expecting from Reo Coker and Mavies

The thing is

We need to match our formation to our personnel

Maybe, just maybe, 4-4-2 would be the right formation if Pratley is out too

Not saying it definitely is but Ream in midfield isn't the answer

Not sure I'm convinced of what is though now like

Ricketts in there......I've heard of worse ideas I suppose. Eagles, Ryo or Petrov in there at the front of a 3 seems like suicide

Where's Sean Davis?

Have I forgotten anyone?

That last clearance really sums up zat knight

Last seconds and he kicks it into the stands for safety

Pathetic

Totally agree! Should have left Boyata on. We didn't deserve to but we might have nicked a draw at the end.. What on earth is Knight thinking. I wouldn't mind but his negative rubbish meant we lost 3-1 instead of 2-1 :-( .... Total Clogger!

We've played far worse than that at spurs and its a sign of how poor Robbo was that even a poor Alonso was far better against Spurs than Robbo has been.

Bogdan and Boyata excellent. Ryo made some poor decisions in decent positions and the rest was very meh.

Great to see Zozzy again though

For what its worth... I thought we played brilliantly... Spurs attacking 5 played everywhere, bale was playing the 'play where you want mate' role which is very difficult to defend against. Especially when Modric and VDV are fannying around where ever they want aswell. Relied on Bogdan 3 or 4 times maybe. But everyone did a job, Walker only started getting any space after 70 minutes against a lad whos played 5 prem games and a left back whose played best part of 41 minutes since B'burn away. And we had our chances aswell, Klasnic through on the right at 0-0 and eagles cutting inside around the same time.

Speaking of Klasnic, couldnt win a header all game. Dont expect him to against King and Nelson really. But when he got the ball to feet he held it up nicely. In my opinion the best he's ever played when on his own upfront. If he could do that against lesser opposition and with better support he'd do nicely as a back up lone striker.

Tonight was about defending well, riding our luck and hoping to nick one in the 89th minute. Oh and also making sure we didnt get a bloody replay.Would of been worse if we knew we had someone beatable in the semi.

Oh please do fuck off, we are fighting against the big men. Let's be honest they hammered us tonight, they hammered us left right n centre, I love my town team as much as the next man but fucking hell let's be honest, if it wasn't for Bogdan we would of got tattered :(

For what its worth... I thought we played brilliantly...

Did you watch the game?

Bogdan MOM for 3 or 4 saves? Aye alreet.

Eavesy is Owen Coyle. Fact.

You are all very strange.

Passion and biased aside. We played well, Spurs played very very very well.

Our passing was some of the best I have seen this season , and whilst we didnt make Cudicini make any saves we put some very dangerous balls in the box.

We were well beaten by a very good Spurs side but to say we were bobbins is horse shit.

we play like that for the rest of the season I will be happy as against lesser opposition we woill win more games than we lose that way.

We changed 3 players from Saturday out of our back 4. Did anyone really think we weren't going to get the run around from some of the best attacking players in the Prem. couple that with a lone striker who can't run or didn't hold it up and it's a recipe for a mauling.

Eavesy is Owen Coyle. Fact.

then he is a cunt

Brilliant. Maybe we should be given an honorary goal for "dangerous balls" into the box. Not any good if no sod is on the end of them

After about 60mins Bogdan had had 46 touches. The saves he made were class.

Exactly. Fuck knows what Eavsey was watching.

We was shite, but Bogdan wasn't!

Whats Pratley done anyhow?

our passing the ball was fine until we passed it

Now I was in my local watching it (shit fan) and thought Zat Knight had a good 1st half hour to be honest, was it the beer?

No. He had a good game. One punt out of play in the last minute, and he's suddenly had a nightmare.

Him and Boyata played very well IMO.

Eagles is shit and Klasnic should have been brought off for NGog/Davies after about an hour.

The team looked fucked to me, they did put a lot in on Saturday though. Im not sure we should of been running some of our key men into the ground playing that game last night but at least we are out now and we can concentrate on the bigger job of saving ourselves.

Completely missed game due to time zones and an early flight! Seriously, can't believe some of you think Zat Knight'

s a clogger?! On many occasion whilst paying to watch that graceful human being, iv'e had to blink and rub my eyes to convince myself I wasn't watching a phantom Pele! Sounds like we were ace ;) Balls to it, shit on Wolves n all's forgiven.

Knight did well enough for me.

Easy target for some.

They hadn`t won for 6 games, we were weak as piss, allowed them to play. lets be honest, we were hanging on in the style of a non-league team.

Our team has no strength at all. We have players who get blown off the ball by a stiff breeze. Men against boys.

If this is the `new` BWFC then we will be going down soon.

I said it before and I`ll say it again. Theres a distinct whiff of the Colin Todd era in this squad.

Lovely blokes, good honest grafters but JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Is it a different game watching it on't box?

After a very promising 20 mins, as a team, we were completely outclassed by a Spurs team who was top of their game

I also thought Knight (apart from a few punts and that kick out when we had seconds left) had a reasonable game and Boyata was very good throughout. Bogden was amazing.

It was down the flanks and midfield where we got battered; Eagles might as well not been on the pitch and Ryo wasn't much better. Alonso was shocking, NRC did as much as a one man centre midfield could do and after his efforts for the first 30 minutes ran out of steam. Mark Davies has lots of skill but is not a real ball winner.

Klasnic was annoying and cannot play that role; he got through a couple of times in the second half but he is not the answer with a lone striker. SKD when he came on did his best but he is only a shadow of the player he used to be, however with no match practice might be giving him an injustice - glad he got the goal though.

Like most of said we just need to get over this and concentrate on staying up. Very dissapointing though to travel again and see a performance like that. Also concerns that without Muamba and maybe Pratley that the NRC/ Mark Davies centre mid will get hammered and Tim Ream is no midfield player as shown last night.

Not sure if they really wanted an equaliser also; never seen such a lethargic last 3 minutes following us getting it back to 2-1 and they didn't even run for the ball and get it back on the spot. It looked like they had resigned to defeat.

Now Owen keep us up
