Because, when consulted, Fabrice's father and Fiancee implored us to fulfil the fixtures.

Now let it go.

Eagles and Tuncay ahead of Klasnic? :D

2-1 Wanderers 25,500+. Wigan, QPR and Wolves all lose.

If theres ever a game to go to this is it, "a real Lancashire hotpot", all the crowd country behind them, we can help the players win this.

OC's team talk:

Do it for Fab.

Can't wait now.

I think either knight or wheater will play along side ream in central defence.

Thats what i thought. I reckon the players will be bang up for it now they know Fab is talking again and will want to give him a win to smile about while he is on the road to recovery.

Bloody well hope so- if they can't get up for this, then they shouldn't be playing the game.

Feel ashamed to admit it though, but I just can't see a decent performance/positive result. Recent games after sad events haven't filled me with confidence.

So why not make the game at Spurs the first game back rather than a vital league game? After all, Blackburn have said that they're willing to postpone.

because that'd be 2 games postponed and he's on the mend now, so no need to wallow in self pity, surely better to play Blackburn on Sat, rather than sandwiched midweek between 2 other big games

who knows, maybe it would be better to not have the first game since the incident be on the same ground in the first place, could be pychological, who knows

however, the players have said they want to play, his family has said they want us to play, most of the fans want us to play, seems you don't, it's clear he's improving day by day and Blackburn made that gesture when he was still not concious, so what reason do we really have to not play Blackburn on sat - other than manipulating the incident to try and make our run in a bit easier, i.e. not playing the "big" game next

just get on with it and stop wallowing, that's my reasoning

If anyone has a spare adult ticket going for Saturday - please PM me. In return I've got 2 kids tickets going spare for ESL.

Exactly

The alternative is too scouse for words.

It's more important that the players are up for it than you. Coyle's quote suggests that some of them 'they may struggle to compete'. That doesn't sound like they are. Perhaps you should give them the benefit of your 'reasoning'.

we'll win this

3-1

Changed my mind. Too easy.

We need to and should smash the fuckers off the park.

I'm not convinced we will.

Tetchy nervous affair, 1-1 or a sneaky 2-1 to us.

The players should be up for it, the fans should be up for it ........... but I fear it will all be too much for too many of our team. And Rovers have a good record here, and they're just now finding some form.

QPR's late win against Liverpool was a kick in the teeth too, but you can't rely on the scousers for anything.

Sorry, but 1-3 to Rovers.

My lad is doing that Junior Whites Frontline thing on Saturday - booked it months ago as the wife is a Blackburn fan (I know, I know) and his grandparents are down from Orkney so they are coming to the game too. I booked it hoping the experience of being on the pitch and around the players will get him more enthusiastic for going watching the Wanderers (he loves playing football but not really into watching it for some reason!) I think the atmosphere will be fantastic so am hopeful it will have the desired effect and we will start going on a regular basis.

Is it better with 6 fingers?

She is a fan but not from Blackburn, what do you take me for!?

Her dad is also a Blackburn fan for some stupid fucking reason and he doesn't hail from there either!

I'd say glory hunting fuckers but they're so obviously not.

And what if they're still struggling come Tuesday? Or when we play spurs at home? Or any other match before the end of the season? Anyone who isn't up for it isn't playing, that might even work in our favour, game on
