Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

Dropping to zero tonight, frosty morning tomorrow

Love sitting outside at night burning some scrap timber

Nice to watch the sun go down, no telly, few refreshments

Last night, came in about 9ish and it was freezing putting stuff away

Worth it though and its on again tonight

Nowt finer than a firepit/chimenea and lose yourself in contemplation whilst hypnotized by the flames.

Always end up with a cold back and a scorched face. :)

Aye

Sweatshirt and shorts and the fire

Was plenty warm enough

Don't burn treated stuff do you?

Inhaling that shit will shorten your life. :)

Bottled it in the end

Bit of a shower and freezing as i walked up the hill with the shopping

Fortunately, neighbour from the last house makes doors for a living

Good supply, saves it from the skip

Are pallets generally treated, cos ive got loads of them too, put cant be arsed chopping them

Pallets are untreated as far as I'm aware, though some occasionally appear painted/stained.

If you want some odd scraps of proper wood, I can drop some off.

Obviously no one to come within 7 feet or so of each other!

Can this wind fuck off the dog is going fucking mental

I had the drill out an hour ago re-fixing a heavy fence panel that had become errr unfixed.

Doesn't normally blow from a North Westerly direction round this neck of the woods, it sounds mental outside but it's probably blowing no more than 20mph..

We had a fence panel blow out but the concrete needs resetting before we’ll be able to slot it back in. Day bloody one of lockdown.

Been lovely out. Get out of the wind and surprisingly warm.

Burned my head a bit. Again!

Only doing half hourly stints sat in the garden, it's fucking scorching.

It's cracking the flags alright.

Getting my fix now, it's forecast to go cooler over the next few days.

Just back from a 5 mile walk to say I was pissing out sweat would be an understatement.

Well at least I've topped my tan up ☀️

Been sat out the back all afternoon and my Anglo Saxon skin is telling the tale.

Cherry Tree tea, fire pit, case of brewdog.

Im a fucking hero protecting the nhs like this.

Another cracker.

Bit warmer this evening too, still outside with an attentive collie listening to birds and looking out for bats as it goes dark.

Lovely.

I've been out all day, had the chiminea on for a couple of hours

Rain forecast for most of the week now, boooo

Glorious day up here. And social distancing at its very best in evidence.

Now showing Tuesday's rain as staying 'below' us. Maybe the odd shower.

Getting a bit Wednesday evening, but doesn't look like loads coming.

One of those hot cloudless days again, not a chemtrail in sight.

The air is so fresh at the moment

Had about 5 spots of rain about 5 minutes ago.

Cold and wet Saturday. Don’t believe the temps showing on weather sites. Icy cold wind heading our way.
