Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

The fcukers were all over our local course, selfish bastards

Couldnt let the dog off as he does like to collect golf balls

Rosemary bush in the garden blew over and snapped at the base the other day. Couple of roads blocked locally with trees that have done the same. Stuck the spade in the soil to dig out the rosemary bush and the soil is like fucking concrete. Best water the garden tomorrow I reckon

Go down hill to longsight. Take ours there sometimes, former driving range is great for rabbits, fairways and footpaths still relatively short and woods and pools. Should cover everything a dog needs.

Correct along with sandals and socks.

Burnt to a fucking crisp working in the garden this morning. Hat and sun cream came out for the afternoon but the horse had well and truly bolted by then.

did the same.

She's just looked at long range weather forecast for next two weeks in Bolton.

Rain overnight, then nothing. Temperature in late teens to 20 degrees everyday.

I've got a shrub that's dried up in a customer's garden and a tree adjacent to it (in their neighbour's) going the same way.

Also saw an oak and hazel tree both with lower branches with crisped up leaves.

Himalayan balsam all over wilting away together with some knotweed (no bad thing).

From a plant's perspective, were already entering a bit of a drought.

Rumworth lodge relatively low considering it's still spring.

Another hot summer, and restrictions are almost a cert.

Buy a water butt.

You lot are spoilt with water supplies tapped off lakes. Involved in multi million pound schemes to transfer water around Dem & Cornwall at present
