Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted November 13, 2023 Site Supporter Share Posted November 13, 2023 Returning home in the car earlier, the wind gutted particularly strongly, and suddenly the whole vista in front was a sea of leaves dancing in the air. Not seen it like that before. Bit like a snow storm.

frank_spencer
Just driven back over the M62 from the wrong side of the pennines, fuck me a change of trousers is needed. A couple of times I thought I was going to end up back on the east bound carriageway. Wouldn't surprise me if some vans ended up on their roof up there by the end of today

Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted November 25, 2023 Site Supporter Share Posted November 25, 2023 Proper November day. Cold, crisp and clear morning. Should really be popping down to a river and trying for a chub or two on days like today. Still, it was pretty decent nevertheless!
Site Supporter Spider Posted November 25, 2023 Site Supporter Share Posted November 25, 2023 (edited) Was out at 8am this morning setting up the pitch for my lads football team. Frost covered pitch, cold, crisp, sunrise. Fckin perfect. And we knocked a team of Salford thugs out of the cup. Its been a magnificent day all round.
