Been to the coast today, had to come home early, as it was too hot for the dogs.

One issue I've noticed is hot weekends I can't get around due to day trippers. Was rammed earlier folk coming here or onto Margate for the weekend.

Said earlier on the cricket that temps might get to 28.

Think the game is at Lord's, so could well get warm.

Day out in Cartmel tomorrow with an overnight in Grange. Forecast is awful. Can see us spending time sheltering in the pubs

Tart! 😁

Get yer waterproofs on.

I'm off to Wales in a couple of weeks- anticipating at least one storm- we seem to be getting them earlier every year!

I can assure you that it won’t be me seeing alcohol as the better option. Although I won’t be offering a load of resistance :D

I'm relieved as we've got our eldest 18th party at our house and nice weather is a must!

Barbecue, pizza oven, or just alfresco dining?

Festival themed - so yes basically a BBQ with music.

Lovely today so testing out new BBQ this evening after a day slogging in the garden.

Grey with sporadic rain here.

Not cold, but damp and miserable.

My kalettes will like it!

Around 100 emergency call outs for tree work in Lancs CC area.

Every available arborist and contractor out.

Lillian left her mark.

I've been balancing on a frigging ladder lime washing the house in a very blustery wind today... getting old 😞
