Really??? Bloody desperate!! They have realised how shit we are in midfield finally!!!! Where did you hear that? Quote
miamiwhite Posted August 19, 2012 Author Posted August 19, 2012 Sanchez as we know wanted £60k a week, big phil offered 2 n 6.......,Pablo Escobar has stepped in and said £500 per kilo. big phil, being naive said 'sod that,we've have to pay a fortune for that fat bastard'..............................all absolute bullshit,as we know how shit we are at conducting transfer business. looking at what's on the market, and how shoddy our midfield is,it's a catch 22 situation. i'd offer a bit extra IMO because we sure as hell need someone experienced in that role or we'll get beaten every game this season.................................................. Ratwhite Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 The Bolton Evening Times stating the deal for Sanchez (he doesn't really exist) is off again, (but definitely, really really this time) and we are pestering the Wallasey Golam to come and join us for twelve months. Quote
Rembrandt Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 I get the feeling that Coyle and the club are getting desperate. And, to be blunt, no 1 or 2 signings will change much with OC and his staff still in charge. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 You mean , your only a bolton fan when things are going well ? Of course, 37 years a wanderer and only missed a sprinkling of games in that time at home, don't think fairweather fan would be accurate description. Quote
enzo gambaro Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Both can, would take Mchechran over Spearing though, better engine That's not happening. Boro. Quote
Ratwhite Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 That's not happening. Boro. Third choice Spearing it is rhen Quote
onefinfrandsen Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Thinking back to may or when ever the club got rid of a load of staff [ including our chief scout ] this was always going to happen. although coyles obsession with home grown talent is to be commended, i get the feeling we aint looking abroad like we once did. whoever it was who said the sanchez saga was a myth may just be spot on the money. passmosster Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 I get the feeling we aint looking abroad like we once did. When you think of the success that we had with Danes, Icelanders, Frenchmen, a Korean and the contacts that we have with Per Frandsen, Gudni, and the rest, it's a mystery why we haven't followed this up. I also thought we had scouts scouring the lower divisions for "bright young talent" as per Coyle not so long ago. Thought that we must have our eyes on one or two in the summer. But we don't ever seem to sign any. Quote
