Itk Transfer Rumours

Remember where you heard it first

Michael Johnson - on a pay as you play deal along with Owen Hargreaves on the same deal..............we wouldn't be paying many wages on those 2..............................would be useful for a game or two every 'blue moon'

Signing Baines isn't going to make them any better really, certainly not a player that'll give them the edge in a title race, Evra may lack height and get's outjumped, but for United quick flowing football, Evra's perfect for this, teams like them can get away with less defensive wing backs.

I have to agree with Pablo on this, it pains me to say. Baines is quicker and has a better delivery than Evra (based on last two seasons).

How would a better left back NOT improve your title chances Diddles?

I'm surprised no-one's been along yet to say it would be better to have Baines than Evra due to the problems Evra causes by allowing himself to be called the N word.

Yep totally. It's out of order calling people "Numpty"

How would players know who Coyle is thinking of signing, especially as they have been on their hols for the last 10 days or so?

It was the players holiday homes he was doing up

Would we be hedging our bets if we got Paul Benson of Swindon?

Good player, does get the odd Lucky Strike every now and then which comes in useful

Winston(s) (don't ) Bogarde (that joint, my friend...) perhaps?

Has anyone got a more tenuously linked player than that?

Also, do footballers only get their roof fixed at the end of a season?

Tis' true, they use the money they save on petrol/bus fares and lunch money, through not having to report to training every day.

Abdoulaye Faye released by West Ham.

Anyone else think it'd be worth offering him a 12 month deal? He still looked more than capable in the games I saw him in this season.

Faye?

Yes please.

Centre half or midfield destryoer, either would suit us, if the wages can be sorted.

yes sign him up!

yep would love to see Faye back at Wanderers, hes just what we need.

I would. Not a chance Coyle would

I know a bloke who's putting a rockery in for a person who is very ITK at BWFC, he reckons that Faye will be signing in the next few days., Watch this space

Your mate's making a mockery of that rockery though.

He's also crazy about his paving.

Faye would be ideal in my humble opinion, I wouldn't have got shut of him in the first place

We didn't 'get shut'. He wanted to go.

He wanted to follow Fat Sam.

not all players go on holiday the moment the season has finished, urban myth, propbably the single ones do to magascruff etc.

garp - no holiday homes amigo, just local ones

re- do footballers have their roof done at the end of a season - no,they have them done year round, esp modifications and if a knob of a scaffolder puts the pole through the eave section when he's dropped it,as in a very recent repair .

as i said yesterday,i'm not on any footballers houses for a while now due to their hols and my hols,so my info will dry up but i'm make some up if thats tickles your fancy and you like to try and ridicule me on here

fool - certainly not

contacts - certainly have

adios for a while.

re that Faye chap - his house just off new hall lane was the biggest shit tip in history,he was one dirty bastard.

a guy with a joinery firm we both know bought it,and spent weeks getting it back to a habitable condition. idle scruufy get he was - the footballer, not my mate

the house they lived in off new hall lane was a club owned house which has been bought by a lad known to a fair few on here. like i mentioned above, faye's clan were an absolute bunch of dirty scruffy tramps. they expeceted everything to be done for them and to be treated like superstars. my mate spent ages and thousands of pounds getting it back to a decent standard. from being a gorgeous 5 bed detached house,it was like a tip when my mate moved in. it's now back its original standard thankfully.

the mind set of certain footballers is amazing. half are decent normal people who'll happily have a chat and brew up for you whilst others won't give you the time of day.

they'll move into a superb hi-tech property, then within a week, they want this changing, that changing, this adding, that removing etc. - too much money and always trying to outdo the others !!!!

classic examples i've encountered over the years - iain dowie - what a guy. 1st time on his was an emergency call out when a tree had blown into his house/roof. the guy was superb, actually pitching in with the lads in shifting the tree, brews and bacon butties constantly. 2nd visit to his house was when lead thieves had stolen lead from the large bay to the front of his house. the replacement lead was ?4k and weighed a ton. again,he pitched in and was a great host/client. He's since helped out getting tickets for major tickets for certain people, can't fault that guy.

DMB's spick goalie - what an arrogant individual. ?4million house in Bowdon, wouldn't even acknowledge you. Yet his 'advisers' wanted 'extras' amounting to ?270 to be done for nothing. I stood firm and wasn't letting them get away with a penny.

Wheater - mate chased him for ?60 for age, still a sound guy.

Jaaskaleinen - people have the wrong impression of him, always been sound with us.

Steven Reid - thinks he's berty big bollocks,WTF has he ever done

Wayne Bridge - sound as a pound and stunning property

The most impressive site i've been on though was the Blackburn academy at Brockhall. Superb development, and their apprentices are looked after like royalty. In the development,4 and 5 bed houses which the kids share and 'nannies' do everything for them. Similar can be said for a development in Samlesbury where several of their players reside. Burnley's equivalent is The Locks in Colne.

the millionaires row in Bowdon contains more pro footballers than you can shake a shitty stick at.

Only one who give us a few quid extra for a drink was Mr. Dowie

Re the transfer rumours even the players laugh at them,it's all propaganda and aimed at maintaining interest, boosting ticket sales etc.they will comment '' not a fcuking chance'' etc. For obvious reasons they may be asked about thoughts/conflicts etc with certain players - players just don't get signed without consulting the rest of the playing staff.

i imagine most managers have an A and B plan, depending which division we're in the following season. I think our B plan is going to be disappointing to be totally honest. What coyle wants or offers, doesn't mean it's going to materialise,i think he's setting his sets too high to atone for his mistakes and curry favour with the fans.

Remember boys and girls,i've not once said we're definitely signing anybody, just merely passing on rumours, some may believe some may not,but they are from decent sources, yet still only rumours.

Carlos and Seasoned Traveller thought i was winding them up years re going up to Jay Jay Okacha's house, but then the camera didn't lie did it ?

I hope Chungy doesn't go,but got a sneaky feeling he will. if we kept hold of him until january that would be a big plus
