looks like it

disapppointed

probably a bit of both....

It's a shame he's not fighting it, as that will be seen as an admission of guilt I suppose

How's it not an admission though? Seems bizarre IF he's not guilty.

whats he actually be found guilty of? blood doping or an illegal substance?

I'm amazed if anyone is surprised.

The biggest shame IMO is that he gave such inspiration to others who have/had cancer. I know my late step-dad was one of these.

The day I believe he's innocent is the day Allardyce carries out his promise and sues the BBC.

I want money back from buying his autobiography

I want money back from buying his autobiography

hes released a new updated version with a final chapter named...

'the crack years'

Who cares? If his live strong campaign saves one person his life has been more worthwhile than his detractors.

I always wanted him to be clean.

He's guilty, everyone was doing it then and he's destroyed other cyclists who've tried to out drug cheats.. the stuff I've read about him he comes across as a complete wanker.. like Carlos says though the myth of him and what he's done for the fight against cancer I'm not sure if its worth getting the truth

His cheating was obvious to anyone who took sufficient interest to look for a long time, but his all round nobbishness is relatively well hidden it seems.

No surprises this morning - he's terrified of an opportunity to perjure himself, so he'll always avoid any sort of judicial procedure.

Guilty as a puppy sitting next to a pile of poo.

No surprise, always knew them moon landings were fake

Cheats take the drugs during training not in competitions.

If you believe that then you will believe the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation makes the suffering of a generation having to suffer Record Breakers acceptable.

:D

Isn't this the blood doping that went undetected for years?

The bikists would have a pint of their own blood taken out and replaced with a transfusion of blood from Sherpas or people who live on the top of Everest. Or summert.

Either way, it was only picked up on towards the end of Armstrong's dominance.

Could be wrong, like, but that's what a fella I saw walking his dog tld me. In Limoges.

Right, where's that 'bomb' smiley? I wouldn't say Armstrong was a 'genius' anyway. I'd say endurance athletes are talented, dedicated, worthy of praise etc. but 'genius'? I know there's a massive ability in knowing what pace to go at, how to run or ride/make a break etc. but, would anyone really say this is comparable to 'genius' like, say; Maradona, Pele or Ali? Aha, there it is =@

There was an article in which someone from the 'LIVESTRONG' foundation was speaking of the fear everyone felt within the organization. That if Lance Armstrong's name was further tarnished, then donations would dry up. Why this is I don't know, I mean Volkswagen make pretty decent cars and the German Autobahns are excellent.

Livestrong always makes me laugh.

Livestrong.org - a charity

Livestrong.com - a company run for the personal enrichment of L. Armstrong

Not that they're all that keen to make the destinction clear to people.

Lance did officially fail a doping test, even leaving aside all of the accusations of cover ups, and the retrospective testing of his 1999 samples which showed he had been using EPO (a drug that was untestable at the time).

But more broadly, it is not difficult to avoid a positive test even when taking stuff - the users are comfortably ahead of the testers and there are always new masking agents available.

The main evidence against Lance is that his performances were consistently above the physiologically possible range, as were several of his competitors, because they were all using methods to allow the blood to carry more oxygen than is otherwise humanly possible. Lance was particularly egregious on this front, because he isn't even built like a grand tour rider, but yet 'miraculously' managed to churn out performances that would be impossible for even someone of ideal build when clean.

Lance Armstrong - decent cyclist, shite drugs cheat.Hang the cnut.
