I had a clear out of my (outside) shack on Sunday, decided to embrace my inner Pikey and burn some scrap wood in the brazier - started off well enough, being sensible, seasoned 'natural' wood - but quickly progressed to burning chipboard, melamine and all manner of unsuitable crap.

 

Anyhow, I've felt like absolute shite ever since, symptoms to match bad AIDS - headache, aching limbs etc. Wasn't drinking (much) either, so be warned, there must be some toxicity in that stuff, the flames were certainly of an 'interesting' hue at times. I'll probably be giving the Award Ceremonies a miss in the future an' all, just in case.

 

Oh aye the meat cooked on the embers didn't taste so clever either. That was probably the nail polish remover I used to get the fire going tho'

Kirkcaldy is the only place I've stayed in a hotel that had rubber sheets under the bed sheet. Saved on cleaning bills according to the hotel manager who always filled the condom machine on a Tuesday before the grab a granny night.

No... it's nearest big town to where I live except for Glenrothes... which isn't really a town.... it's about 300 roundabouts & a shopping centre with a wetherspoons and 1 other pub

K Cider... fook me, that brought back some memories... when we didn't have alcopops and had to rely on K and Diamond White to get hammered in Pink Panthers on a Friday/Saturday night. Think it was also a prevalent drink in Hawthorns as well.

I lost 12 hours of my life from K cider. One minute I was a but pissed in the Old Oak in Headingley, next thing I remember I was on a train to Manchester the next morning
