Di Canio. Would love that :D

Who else was in the running when we appointed OC??

Who else was in the running when we appointed OC??

We don't really know unless they say themselves.

Garslime said no one though.

is this just gossip from mates or is there any articles that you a refering from

http://www.shoot.co.uk/news/latest_article/C48/premier_league/big_sam_bolton-bound/

http://www.newcastleunited-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/former_toon_boss_after_bolton_job_762353/index.shtml

Hardly a reliable source but who knows, few west ham fans I know believe it would be a good chance for them to offer Harry the job then let Sam go if he is interested in coming back.

Anybody heard big sam is being lined up?

Ian Holloway for me all night and all day. Smashing guy, media doyen, and sets his teams up to play the right way. He'd be great at the Reebok. BTW: to those calling for DiCanio - I've come across him 3 times now in press conferences after Shrewsbury/Swindon games and the bloke's a grade one fruit bat. Asked a fortnight ago after their 1-0 win at Shrews, he was asked why he decided to make two changes at HT with the scores still level: "I makea da two changes becausa I cannot makea da seven," he said. Nuts, whole hazelnuts... anyone wanna finish this off....

And you think holloway talks sense?

If its Appleton ill be seriously pissed off

And you think holloway talks sense?

Yeah I do... he's a likeable character and puts a smile on fan's faces. Read his autobiography 'Ollie' and you'll change your opinion if it differs from mine at the moment.

cunt :D

what's the price for this treble ?

Di Canio to us

Howe back to Bournemouth

Coyle back to the back of beyond

Surely got be 100-1 for that little beauty ?

I didn't think Di Canio would consider

I reckon he'd jump at the chance. Why wouldn't he? He'd be working with players of the quality he can currently only dream of and he'd have a very realistic chance of getting us promoted which would mean he'd be a Barclays Premier League manager in less than 12 months. Ultimately that must be his his goal.

Fwiw, if I could have anyone (realistically) I'd have Holloway.

His quotes this morning suggest that's exactly his thinking, while covering his back saying hes concentrating on Swindon

holloways getting a pissed off with the natives here.

they were booed off at half and full time on saturday for the second game running.

holloway kicked off like fuck in the supporters club before the game on saturday also.

told all the fans in there to take a look at charltons plummet over the past few years, after their fans 'wanted more than punching abover their weight'

For those wanting either MacCarthy or Billy Davies look at this... http://uk.eurosport....-113441372.html

Billy Davies over-achieved at Derby & got them promoted a season earlier than they had planned for, so it wasn't that surprising that they struggled in the premier league.....( guess who I voted for :) )

Hows Anelka's management cameo going down in china? Anelka in?

Just seen Di Canio coming out of the Charcoal Pit on Daubhill asking Ray Keg ''which a way is da Reebok Park?''

I voted Phil Brown, nut now want Di Canio

did he promise he would not get us into "liguan (league 1) and would get us into the Premiership". remember that speech after the keeper cost Swindon the game it stayed in my mind for ages "liguan"

we have to get in the premiership first before we start worrying about premiership records of managers

All the bookies seem to be lining up for McCarthy, Solksgaer and Appleton - and pretty much no one else.

With McCarthy (allegedly) ruled out and Solksgaer unlikely, it looks like Appleton is more likely by the day.

Worrying times if that's the case.

i dont think any of those three can get us promoted this season. so lets all hope PG picks someone no one is considering
