Asked a fortnight ago after their 1-0 win at Shrews, he was asked why he decided to make two changes at HT with the scores still level: "I makea da two changes becausa I cannot makea da seven," he said. He'd be working with players of the quality he can currently only dream of and he'd have a very realistic chance of getting us promoted which would mean he'd be a Barclays Premier League manager in less than 12 months. Ultimately that must be his his goal.
