November 10, 201213 yr It's an early shout after an encouraging start to Douglas Friedman's reign as manager. We're slowly but surely moving in the right direction, gradually playing as a team where each player knows his task. Food for thought next week - Jacob Butterfield to come off the bench to score a cracker against his former side.Spearing to arrow in a beauty from distance,Davies bang on cue once again,we're going to score a pan full next week Chungy getting his appetite back for the game and will chip in another goal or two to take away all 3 points. More than likely same team as today injuries permitting, glad to see the nepotism shown by Owen Royle carries little weight with Dougie and the door is shut for Tears and closing for SKD. Barnsley have more than their share of true D class celebs as fans,Darren Gough will no doubt be bowling over the local maidens and batting them off with a shitty stick. That owd thumpire Dickie will be getting the Bird from the red rose hosts,Katherine Kelly from Coronation St is more than welcome to get her tits out in the ESLSC,whilst the famous band will be brassed off Arctic Monkeys as the cold chill from Horwich village blows in. Confidence is back and growing in the ranks,so i'm going for a 5-1 Wanderers victory watched by 18,924,with the evergreen Neil Redfearn bagging for them in the 95th minute Oh,that cheeky tv twat show host Michael will be bollocked by the de vere whites albanian stewards when he tries to park his motor, they'll tell him ''sorry, sorry sir, home fans only, no park in son here'' Coat time, have a fine week ladies and gents
November 10, 201213 yr Author Fuck me Si you are seriously mental:) glad to be of assistance mounts, half cut is a truer assessment
November 11, 201213 yr And it had goals like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjJmjsDLDQA&feature=youtube_gdata_player Which division were we in?
November 11, 201213 yr We've always had trouble with Barnsley. Incredible amount of draws over the years in this fixture. We did the double over them in the last season we played them (Sam's promotion season of 2000/01), but before them I think we'd beaten them once in about a dozen games. Think we'll struggle but come out 2-1 winners.

Ten draws, four wins and nine defeats in the 23 games since we nicked an 8-0 against them in 1934! We beat them 2-0 at the Reebok on this day twelve years ago (Ricketts and Gardner).
November 11, 201213 yr Which division were we in? Think that was the Prem game that had the 12 o'clock kick off on Boxing Day.
November 11, 201213 yr Think that was the Prem game that had the 12 o'clock kick off on Boxing Day. They brought a fair few that day Barnsley. They don't travel we'll these days but you'd think they'd bring a few next week. 1,500 I reckon. 4-0 Bolton.
November 11, 201213 yr Author less than a thousand Tykes coming IMO,they're not enjoying keith hill's regime. we're going to drub them and go on a mo farah kind of run
November 11, 201213 yr I dont think Dougie's the drubbing type. A sheen cleat and a couple of confidence boosting goals for our forwards will do for me.
November 11, 201213 yr surely we have to beat these at home Said everyone, just before Norwich at home last year.
November 13, 201213 yr Don't know what to expect after reading the above positives/negatives. Ill hazard a guess at 5-2 to us, someone's due and I hope it's this lot.
November 13, 201213 yr I wouldnt mind betting that this is out lowest league attendance of the season.
