RIP

It's a sobering thought that some of the younger ones who died could have possibly been in the Reebok today if they had survived. RIP fellow Wanderers brothers.

RIP.

COYWM!!

RIP..

Boltons finest

Gone but not forgotten. A 6th round FA Cup tie 67 years ago. Today marks their passing... on 6th round day. RIP brothers and sisters X

lot of out of towners on there - guess that was some people just wanting to watch a very big game? - but its raised a question

There's the Pendle Way bus route these days. I wonder if there was an equivalent back then? One never knows.

i mean, its not impossible they had a car, or somebody had a bus running

it was definitely a different age

RIP

RIP to them all.

It is mad when you see how far people came from back then.

Such a shame

RIP to them all

RIP

R.I.P to the 33 fellow fans

R.I.P. the 33

Think I'll make time to have a minute or two by the memorial.

Anyone know if the club are holding a minutes silence or marking the day in anyway?

I've heard they are, I'm sure it was on TowerFM

RIP to our lost fans.

Thank goodness my dad decided to go on home when his bus from Manchester (home on leave) got to Burnden and he saw the crowds.

PS : The train line ran up from Colne through Earby back then - not far from Barnoldswick.

RIP. Gents of the highest order
