Eavesy
£15m upfront to support conversion And then £2m / year in rent. Not hurrendous costs in the short term. They've done well considering your looking at a something like the dw starting at £30m. Apparently emirates cost £390m. The fuck? How much did reebok cost? £25m? Partly financed by other things.... Smiffs
Wait for it to go tits up when they realise what the real cost of losing the food and beverage sales is.

DazBob
Allardyce will leave in the summer and they'll get relegated next season ... and that stadium will be embarrassingly empty for their games in the Championship. MMW.
Sweep
Worth diddly shit in that slum? It'll still be worth several million quid to somebody - you could easily build a few hundred millions pounds worth of apartments on that land

I agree, I don't see why Orient can't have joint ownership, that's just not fair espcially as West Ham are encroaching on their territory
tomski
I agree, I don't see why Orient can't have joint ownership, that's just not fair espcially as West Ham are encroaching on their territory It reeks of greed on West hams part. If they subsidise their match day tickets it's game over for a club that do more than well to hold their share of London football fans as it is. Where if they let Orient use the 'Community' stadium also they could do the same.
Moderators Zico Posted March 22, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 22, 2013 are they taking their sandcastles with them to the new ground, or building new, bigger ones?

Sweep
The Porn Dwarves will be pleased as fuckery, as soon as they move to that new ground their investment will no doubt have increased incredibly, and they'll be able to sell for an awful lot more than they bought for....provided they remain in the PL that is
