Ok got myself sorted for this trip... doing it as cheap as possible to save for play offs....

 

I can't fuckin believe what a rip off the train companies are, you need to be a fuckin brain surgeon to work out the cheapest way to travel

 

The cheapest way for me to do it is:

 

 

Believe it or not a return to Gretna Green from my local station in Fife for 28.10, reduced to 18.10 thanks the redspottedhankey code kindly posted on here (a return to Carlisle is over 40 quid and even though i use the same trains plus an extra one that i don't go on as I change at Carlisle, a ticket to Gretna Green is cheaper)

 

Then a return from Carlisle to Preston which worked out at 14.85

 

Then 2 singles to Horwich/Bolton as they don't check tickets often there so will pay guard if he comes round

 

A return to Horwich costs 59.20

then match ticket is 28 quid and hotel on Friday as rail works mean i am not guaranteed to get there on time if i come Saturday is 23 quid at Britannia

 

so the cheapest I can come to Reebok for is 88.95

Been away having a lovely weekend in Chester so not had a chance. I am not glued to a PC believe it or not, that's why we have mods.
