Shit performance from most of the team in my opinion. I thought Tim Ream actually played alright today. That's about the only positive I can think of though. Baptiste had a terrible game, Knight was poor, Mills is shit, Chungy uninterested and Ngog for all his skill is a waste of a player at the moment. Fucking garbage and I'm pissed off. Booooooooooooo.

As a goal scorer he is just not good enough. And his stamina is poor.

not quite the attributes for a lone striker in 4-5-1 or whatever the fuck it was we played then

we looked lively when hall came on, can't do worse than start him v derby

What has Freedman said after the game? The usual shite?

Manager Dougie Freedman shares his thoughts after Saturday’s home game against Leeds United.

The Whites suffered a 1-0 defeat against the Yorkshire club, with Luke Varney’s header in the opening ten minutes the difference between the two sides.

It will be a quick turnaround for Wanderers, with Derby County visiting the Reebok Stadium on Tuesday evening, kick-off 8pm.

Speaking after the game, the manager explained he was frustrated with the way his side conceded early on against United and how his team didn’t make the right decisions in the final third.

“We are disappointed with the result,” admitted the Scot. “To concede a goal after seven minutes, especially from a corner, was very disappointing and from that we were put on the back foot.

“We were tense when we were attacking and we didn’t have too many clear opportunities, we were either hitting the ball wide or choosing the wrong option. For me, that is the bigger disappointment because if we had won today we could have built on from that but now we have to make sure we don’t concede early and from set pieces.

“It was difficult because we gave Leeds something to hold on to after only seven minutes. They are a very experienced side and they held onto their lead and looked to hit us on the counter attack.

“We bounced back well, our approach play was good and we got into the final third quite often but we didn’t create any goal scoring opportunities.

“We had four or five good performances but yet we come away with nothing which is frustrating.

“We have to stop conceding from set pieces and we have to give the strikers the confidence to score when it is 0-0. If we can do that then we are capable of bouncing back.

“We worked very hard over the last ten days and we didn’t get our rewards this afternoon and sometimes that happens.

“I strongly believe we have got the characters in the dressing room to pick ourselves up and when we do get the right result we will build on from that.”

only just got in from work so didn't get to the reebok, heard on the radio we didn't have a single shot on target,is that true ?  if so,very disappointing.

my daughter who's working there part time says there was trouble under the stands in the away end. Leeds fans upset at no ale being serve to them, ended up picking on a coloured kiosk assistant and racially abused him plus threw tea etc and spat on him. the young lad actually had a go back at the Yorkshire scum before the police intervened.

DF is a young Manager who is going to develop over time. He's bound to make a few mistakes along the way, but I reckon we're lucky to have him and he's lucky to be in charge of a fine club.

For the majority of his short time with us, I think he's done very well. Apart from an indifferent patch when he first took over, this is the first 'crisis' he's had to steer us through and time will tell if he does that successfully. My instinct is that he will.

Please don't let us turn into one of those clubs who go around firing off Managers after 6 months. Give him the time to get things right. I don't think we're anywhere near as bad as the table suggests, but we are short on confidence.

Also anyone see whether it was a penalty on Hall? I'm sure it was but people in north lower would have a better view

No it wasn't. I still shouted for it though and called the referee a cunt.

Pratley's dive right at the end was embarrassing. If he had stayed on his feet he could have got a shot in.

Also - him and Beckford looked like they despised each other when they were exchanging angry words.

If we finished midtable I'd still want to keep freedman.

Providing he shows he has something about him.

I genuinely think he has.

And I think top half of mid table is about where we will end up until some of our Premier League earners are moved on and we can reinvest the wages on new talent.

Is he not Owen Coyle's clueless cousin?
