Just been reading about that on the bbc. It's not something that can be done accidentally. Especially both engines. Weird.

Aye, a pilot I saw interviewed said the engines can't be accidentally turned off. Too many protections.

He was clearly unwell, he kind of chest pumped the first one then dived into the second, awful.
