I can stand criticism but not the constant bleating. Especially in the last game of the season when we had nothing to play for and they had everything.

  • And you don't have time on your hands? (Sniggers)

Would take a hell of a lot for them to go now.

That result pulled em out of it big style today, every other fucker lost!

Good away next year I suppose

Blackpool's win at Wigan pretty much secures them another season in the Championship I think

Brum v Wigan on Tuesday

Yikes

I'd rather see Brum stay up and Wiggin miss out on the play offs.

Two good things about Blackpool staying up:

1. We get to go to Bloomfield Road and win - ending a winless run there since Boxing Day 1977

2. They'll be shit again and will struggle.

Be good if Preston could come up to replace Burnley in the derby stakes.

Peaky blinders will be up in force, hope they survive, let's get Millwall or donkey lashers down

Eyes down look in for next Saturday then.....

We need snookers now to drop bpool

For that reason I nominate brum

Get on the phone to Scott's and get them to put the barricades up like they did the game after Bristol. Overturned benches the lot, it was like a kids fort

Got no doubt next week will be carnage they will sell out for sure

Bringing back memories of previous last home games of the season against sides with something serious to play for - bringing thousands. And carnage.

81/2 Sheff Weds (they needed the win for promotion, us to stave off relegation)

82/3 Chelsea (both us and Chelsea fighting relegation.

83/4 Sheff Utd going for promotion with their fans chanting "win or riot"

84/5 Bradford City chasing promotion (week before the Bradford fire at Valley Parade)

89/90 Bristol City - they were chasing promotion, us scrambling in to the play offs

91/2 Stoke - needing a win to stand a chance of promotion and not getting it.

.... 93/4 at home to Birmingham. Not the last home game of the season but very near the end with them fighting relegation. 1-1 draw with Birmingham fans in the Manny Road terrace celebrating their goal and getting booted out on to the running track by the kindly regulars.

Add to that list Leeds and West Ham at the Reebok. Both relegated, both kicked off.

Stoke were already promoted weren't they?

They were when they came the season after.

92/93

They were when they came the season after.

92/93

I think they were pipped by Brentford on the last day of 91/2. It was a typical Bolton scenario in that era. Crap end to the season, ages since a win, then a team with a big following turns up needing a result to clinch promotion or safety - and we raise our game and beat them.

This is going to be nawty. Horrible fans so it'll be nice to see them relegated

2-1, they score first giving them a bit if hope

Massive piss up after, rough as Sunday

early start in brinners, up to the bok , see whites win, trouble outsde scotts /harvester/station , taxi to cowyed land, few scoops last pub white lion, train to wogden, few more scoops , ill sunday......SHIMPLES

Didn't one of them run on the pitch at the Reebok a few seasons back.

If Charlton draw 3-3 at home to Watford on Tuesday

AND Birmingham beat Wigan (or Bolton)

AND Milwall win or draw at home to Bournemouth

AND Doncaster somehow win at Leicester

then a Blackpool-Charlton draw would lead to a relegation play-off at Villa Park or elsewhere.
