If the player hasn't got the right attitude then on one will get more out of them. Eagles attitude is what has held him back. He was being dropped regularly at Burnley when he was brought to the Reebok. Sorry I don't buy into the theory that the manager can sort your attitude. You are responsible for your own attitude and getting on with the job. If you don't like what you are being asked to do then request a transfer and get out. Eagles had an opportunity to move on but didn't take it. Mears had an opportunity to move on, but, didn't take it. Sums the pair up for me. Quote
