I wouldn't have thought the ground is worth a great deal. If it's not being used as a football stadium them it's basically scrap value as Carlos says. I don't know the value of the ground and hotel, but would be very surprised if it was even remotely close to £100M.

If we're prepared to pay a million for a lower league player I wouldn't imagine we'd be struggling to match Millwall's offer for loan players. But then again, who knows?

I think Lennon pulled out of the Fabrrini deal because he didn't think paying the player 14K a week was worth it, whilst Millwall obviously thought differently.
