darrener Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Celtic manager didn't sound over confident he was going to stay after the match today watched the highlights thought the lad Matthews stood out more than commons. Think we need to go for it in the January window now a couple of good signings and we could still make the play offs. Avoiding ffp has put us in no better position than the club's who failed it. In fact they seem to be doing more business than us. Quote

Guest Blixa Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Had talks, lots of sorting to be done, deal done Thursday signing Monday Back at the hotel again? Quote
Guest Blixa Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 he also said there was nothing happening with commons but that cant be true Not with all this time he has spent at the hotel. Unless he's got a scam going with a big plate there. Quote
Bigtoe Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Not with all this time he has spent at the hotel. Unless he's got a scam going with a big plate there. I heard it all kicked off because he dismantled a corby trouser press. Quote
Sweep Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 I heard it all kicked off because he dismantled a corby trouser press. He apparently ran up a massive bill watching "Bangkok Chick Boys" Quote
mickbrown Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Remember when we had that Swedish fella on trial and we sent him home early because the hotel cleaner said he'd been shitting in the bin? Turned out it was chewing tobacco. Quote
SalfordOriginal Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Remember when we had that Swedish fella on trial and we sent him home early because the hotel cleaner said he'd been shitting in the bin? Turned out it was chewing tobacco. Zlatan Ibrahimović!! Gartside out!!! Quote
RoadRunnerFan Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Bigtoe/CWP I offered to show him "that trick" with the mirror but he declined. Apparentley he was only watching Driving Miss Daisy in any case. Quote
freds dad Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Only boots pal and as Hamilton is a 4g pitch he probs wont need them again this season. Hopefully it means he's coming here but people may be reading too much into it ! Is the game played faster than on a 3G pitch? Quote
boltonbhoy Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Is the game played faster than on a 3G pitch? I presume thats you being sarcastic? It was quoted as being a 4g pitch which I presume is an uograde of 3g. Not being an expert I just relayed what was said, boots used are different than used on grass apparently so hence reason he threw them to fans. Was merely trying to provide info to people who might have been getting over excited that KC was a done deal. Quote
boltonbhoy Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 WHOOSH Nope! Well aware it MIGHT come across like that but as theres that much misinformation put on here about people in hotels etc. Bloody hell they were wetting themselves on GMR about him chucking his boots, shirt etc away when at end of day its a load of bollocks. Might be stress mate, just want some deals done, whether its him or not. We could get in playoffs with some new blood but looks like we're struggling to get anybody, Lloyd Dyer choosing to not come because we're obviously on another continent from the Midlands. FFS ! Ratwhite Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Nothing will happen until 31st - if anything Quote
boltonbhoy Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Nothing will happen until 31st - if anything Think window shuts 2nd Feb for some reason, maybe as it didn't open until 3rd January. Get your point though. Quote
Ratwhite Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 TBF I think play offs out of our reach, so I'm happy to go with the squad, flog chungy, invest in the summer, blood a couple of youth and be ready for next season Quote

anewman Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 How the fuck was that not a free kick on feeny when they hit the bar at the end? Quote
Carlos Posted January 18, 2015 Author Posted January 18, 2015 This league is fucking miles better, can't wait to pay £50 to watch a game with a load of tourists. Bollocks. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 This league is fucking miles better, can't wait to pay £50 to watch a game with a load of tourists. Bollocks. And get beat 4-0 by teams paying 50 million for 1 player. Quote
anewman Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 See that's what I don't get, you're all just happy to exist, I'm competitive and want to be amongst the best sparring with the best Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 See that's what I don't get, you're all just happy to exist, I'm competitive and want to be amongst the best sparring with the best We don't compete in the premier league we just exist, we actually compete at this level. Agree though that we have to be in the premier league because were not big enough to make enough money to be solvent outside of the premier league, as daft as that sounds with 160 million debt most of it down to our time in the top league. Carlos Posted January 18, 2015 Author Posted January 18, 2015 No club our size can compete at the level, you can try, Southampton are having a pop this season. It can't be done long term. It's impossible. Quote
