I think it's common knowledge that we've been up for sale for a good few years, his lack of spending and lack of any direction or plan for the club be it through Gartside. I'd say reducing a £50m loss to £8m has had more of a say in it than ED has mounts.

 

Plus 'lending' us £30m last year interest free indicates that he still does give a shit.

What I can't understand is if he plans so well, how come we continue to lose?

 

We need to recruit younger players, get Academy players in the team, get lower league players in the team. Once we do that then we can start growing and that's what we are working very hard behind the scenes to do.

The longer term plan is getting put in place but we need to get through these short term disappointments.

 

Well at least that bit of Freedman's plan is on track!
