A managers job is to have the respect of the majority of players that way when they do step out of line the manager cracks the whip and the player then realises he's done wrong and steps back in line, obviously from time to time as a manager sometimes you have no option but to get rid but that should be the exception not the rule, currently it does not seem that this situation is the exception and I can only think that's bad management.
