Traf Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 He was crap before and will be worse now but maybe he's slowed down enough to play the Campo role Yes, no good before he went down and although he'll have been in the gym everyday and had his salsa lessons etc, spending 20hrs a day on his playstation isn't the same as playing real games. Apart from the fact that he's clearly a cunt, Iamout. Quote

magic legs Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) What's Harewood done (apart from have a head like a sperm whale)? Missed that one. Can't think of a bigger wanker for manager than Dennis Wise so he has to get the job if we are going down that route. Edited October 9, 2014 by magic legs Quote

Youri McAnespie Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) Lennon to manage Ched Evans giving his all upfront It's coming together Marlon Harewood too? Let's get a cunt trifecta So Lennon is being tarred with the same brush as rapists, woman-beaters and plastic-Yardies? Let's get that nice Chris Hughton in, he won't make a fuss... (really, I'm looking forward to not giving a manager a minute's grace from day one). Anyone would think he was in amongst the mob that lynched those two soldiers (Lennon). I'd also venture the other three (and any others, not yet convicted, should they be so) are more than mere 'cunts'... Edited October 9, 2014 by Youri McAnespie Quote
Youri McAnespie Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) I've changed my mind, stone the c*nt (L*nnon)... Celtic boss Neil Lennon says pro-IRA fans simply don't have a clue. NEIL LENNON lived through the Troubles. He has no desire to be reminded of them on a weekly basis. Especially not by people who have never walked a mile in his, or any Ulsterman's, shoes. Never had to leave their home as the bombs were going off, or been scarred by the news of a childhood mate shot dead by a terrorist's bullet. Deep down, that's why he stood front and centre last week for Celtic. Not because he wanted to start a war with his fans. Simply because he wanted those who have never been near one to understand the futility of the subject matter they're glorifying. Twice in the past six months, the Lurgan-born boss has made an impassioned plea to Hoops fans to stop singing about the IRA... ...When and if Lennon does sit down with the Green Brigade, the chances are he will be vastly more informed on the subject than those he is facing. And he is quite prepared to argue the toss over whether his appeals are infringing their freedom of speech. He said: "I'll state my case, they can state theirs. "I don't have a problem with freedom of speech but a football arena is not a political arena." http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/celtic-boss-neil-lennon-says-1087396 Edited October 9, 2014 by Youri McAnespie Quote

Youri McAnespie Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) Well it'd be a poor do if i didn't... I've been here since the turn of the millenium. In seriousness, the joke is a thin one, I'd rather have Mackay - but who knows where the current furore over the idiotic texts will end, I'd also be worried, with hopefully unfounded, fears of members of the dressing room using it as a stick to beat Mackay with - should things go tits up and/or Malky has the temerity to challenge their commitment or attitude at some point. The support will be divided whoever comes in, a divided dressing room, well, that's something we really don't need. What started out in jest (Lennon-in) the more I think about it, the more I warm to the idea, it's moot point anyway, I suspect Lennon would prefer to use us as leverage with the Saudis, cash in over there and get his pasty complexion a healthy pink, before contriving to return (as soon as possible) to these shores and a newly vacant post inThe Premiership, laden with loot hid in stuffed camels. I wouldn't like to think politics (especially as Lennon has publicly spoke out against this) would sway Garty et al when it came to appointing a manager. Out of the 'good' contenders, I'd least like to see in Hughton, I've just got a negative feeling in my bones about him - and it's not because he's a Trotskyite, either. As I've wrote before, I reckon' it'll end up being someone barely on the radar (if at all). Edited October 9, 2014 by Youri McAnespie Quote

Youri McAnespie Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) I voted for Clarke, trying to be optimistic, in the second poll... If you'd added a third option, who would you blackball for the job (barring the ridiculous/unknown), it'd be Hughton probably, as I expect he wouldn't be cheap and wouldn't last long.
