I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Would never have happened in the days of Merson, Adams & Co.

Merson's first season in Arsenal's senior team was 1986-87 (though he went out on loan later in the season). He made 7 appearances, and Adams was ever-present.

When they visited Goodison on 4th October Everton were lying third on 15 pts and Arsenal fifteenth on 9.

(But Arsenal won 1-0.)

Tangerine warriors?

What the fck is gonzo doing there?

After tonight's results Yeovil can't catch Bolton.

If Bolton win on Saturday same will be true for Barnsley.

If Bolton win and either Doncaster or Millwall don't then we are finally safe from relegation.

The prospect of Fleetwood and Blackpool playing in the same division makes me grin like Big E's mums cat.

There's a picture on Sam Oystons twitter of Karl Oyston Stood with the confiscated 'Oyston cash cow' banner outside the newly built hotel at the ground.

Nice touch KoKo hahaha

Sure I just heard Andy Townsend swear on the Champions League highlights, and no-one batted an eyelid!

Me too as I attend most of Fleetwoods home games...

Play offs are still on, though?

Our Gaz was absolutely superb last night for Chelsea.

Can't believe we didn't make him sign a new contract.

Fartslime out.

and sordell scored

btw, did you know craig davies has started one game for preston

Numpty Man U fan at the teapoint reckons they will win over there tonight hahahaha

Yes but ...

4 points for Reading will shut us out. They are home to Leicester, then at Wigan, home to 'Boro, away to Donny, and home to Burnley, so there's Certainly scope to lose 3 of those.

6 points for any of the next 3 will shut us out too.

Brighton have home matches against Charlton, Blackpool and Yeovil (plus trips to Huddersfield and Forest).

Ipswich have homes against Donny, Bournemouth and Wednesday (plus trips to Watford and Burnley).

Bournemouth are home against Wednesday and Forest and visit Yeovil, Ipswich and Millwall.

If none of the above happen, then 8 points for Forest or Blackburn, or 11 for Watford (with a game in hand), or 12 for 'Boro would definitely exclude Bolton from the play-offs.

Even if we get to the brink we may have to rely on Wigan winning at Blackburn on the final day, as Blackburn's other home match is v Yeovil and there trips are to Wednesday, Birmingham and Charlton.
