I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Some on here said he was going to be Liverpools number 1......

He was playing well for us. The mistakes he made seemed to have killed his career. Harsh nature of the goalkeeping business I suppose

He was never ever going to be Liverpool number 1, never. He was fetched in for 2nd/3rd choice.

Perhaps but he had a shot against Mingolet and he would of fancied his chances I'd of thought

Mignolet still a lever or 2 above. Which shows how bad he is, for the top level.

But, it was a move he had to make. Massive pay rise & to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Tell the class.

Tell the class.

The class wouldn't be able to handle it.

This is a mod defining moment

They were mental then. He played well for us for a spell, but he's never ever going to be a top class goalkeeper, he's just not good enough. Although, Liverpool have had some shit goalkeepers for the last few years, so maybe he thought he was in with a sniff, it would only have ever been for a short period of time though, even if he had broken into the first team.

His career certainly hasn't leapt forward since he left us has it. I think he's up in Scotland now, I don't know if he still gets a game for Hungary, but I think I remember him conceding 8 goals against Holland a year or two back

Yep, think he's with Mr Lennon up at Hibs

Bogdan made an absolute worldie of a save tonight at 1-1, Hibs go through 4-3 on aggregate and play Molde, managed by Solskjaer.

Solskjaer still at Molde? Wasn't he one of the faves to manage us once? - he's obviously not that good if he's still there

He went to Cardiff in between. Anyone who wanted that rag was a mentalist

You'd think Burnley would have had a sell out crowd tonight after waiting 51 years to qualify

to be fair p I thought the same for us.

Yeah of all the "smaller" english (British counting Swansea) clubs to qualify for Europe in last 20 years we're the last ones who can talk about home attendances ????

I have a selective memory Tom????

Been dipping in and out, is the Aberdeen cb, McKenna rated?

And what happens to a career that Joe Lewis ends up at Aberdeen via Blackpool

Some decent talent in that team, got to be said

So finally, the Dingles get a trip to Europe after 51 years. Istanbul takeaways will be stocking up on fake rag puddings.

Going to Swansea apparently. Only seen him a couple of times but decent in the air. Only 21, bags of potential.

Would love it if they got TNS. And lost.

Fantastic left foot

Fantastic left foot

I know people take the piss out of Scottish football but there is some serious talent coming through all over the place.

They may be further on in pre season prep, I dunno, but they are a seriously tidy team

McInnes must be in line for another go down here
